Flavio and the rest of the bar team did an excellent job for us when we brought a group of 19 guests to the hotel for an informal, bespoke vermouth and Turin café culture experience. They struck the perfect balance — warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly, while remaining highly professional throughout. It was exactly what we were looking for: relaxed, engaging, and tailored to the group. If you have a group that would appreciate this kind of experience, I would highly recommend it.

Five stars don’t begin to do this hotel justice. I stayed for three nights, and every moment was exceptional. From the lobby, to the bar, the restaurant, and especially the room, everything was spotless, elegant, and truly first‑class. I was upgraded to a junior suite, which turned out to be the perfect size and incredibly comfortable. The room itself was outstanding, but the staff elevated the experience even further. I worked closely with Silvia, the concierge, to arrange excursions during my stay, and she was nothing short of phenomenal. She organized fantastic private tours with knowledgeable guides to both the Barolo and Barbaresco wine regions, as well as the Royal Palace of Turin. She also provided excellent dining recommendations in the area and secured the reservations for me as well. To give you an idea of how far Silvia and her team go for their guests: after leaving Turin for Milan, I struggled to book a tour of the Duomo di Milano. I emailed Silvia on a whim, and within hours she had arranged a guide for me in Milan, despite the fact that I was no longer staying at the hotel. The location is also ideal, just steps from Piazza San Carlo and a short walk to the Royal Palace, shopping districts, and more. If you’re visiting Torino, staying at the Principi di Piemonte is an easy and wise choice.

I had a quick stay in Turin and couldn't be happier with my experience at Principi di Piemonte. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The hotel and my room was beautiful and clean. The staff of the bar and restaurant provided some of the best service I've experienced anywhere. I happened to have a room with a spectacular view of the Alps which was an added bonus. The hotel itself is in a great location for exploring Turin. I was able to walk to everything I wanted to see right from the hotel. I hope to visit Turin again with my family and will be staying here again when I do!

Our stay at Principi di Piemonte was truly extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel pampered and at ease, combining high-level professionalism with a natural, welcoming style. The central location is perfect; tucked away on a quiet street, it allows you to reach all major sights on foot while ensuring a peaceful night's sleep in chic, spacious rooms with incredibly cozy beds. The cleanliness is simply sublime—impeccable and meticulous in every corner, which created a constant feeling of well-being. We were also very impressed by the facilities, including a beautiful indoor spa that is family-friendly and accessible to children until 17:00. Breakfast is another highlight, offering a plentiful spread of sweet and savory options, including excellent vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free products, all rounded off with fresh, made-to-order coffee. Even when we faced a small technical issue with the air conditioning, the management handled it with extreme grace and professional care, proving why this hotel maintains such a high standard.

We had a great time here! The location is a total win—it's super close to all the action but tucked down a quiet little road, so we didn't hear a single car all night. From the moment we walked in, the hotel felt fresh and clean, and the reception staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always happy to help. Spotless rooms with a chic boutique flair and incredibly cozy beds. Don't miss the breakfast; it’s a delicious, plentiful spread rounded off with fresh, made-to-order coffee. Even though our stay was just for one night, it was absolutely excellent, and we would happily recommend this hotel to others.
