Precise Tale Poggio alla Sala

A very nice setting with breathtaking views being spoiled by poor service and inability to satisfy the customers that pay a very high daily rate. We arrived at 10:00pm and we were hungry. The kitchen was closed, there was no room service and not an option to eat anything. No delivery either as you are in the middle of nowhere. Next day when they made the rooms, they only put 1 towel for 2 people in the room. Generally not the level of service one would expect at such a level of hotel.

Breathtaking property tucked away on a mountainside and surrounded by vineyards. Three glorious pools - two of which offer adult peace and privacy - and poolside service that makes it easy to chill. The room was superb. Staff was super cheerful, friendly, and truly anxious to please. Started with a glass of homemade lemonade on arrival and ended with a care package containing homemade (delicious) biscotti. We will return!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our room was not cleaned so I asked the front desk why that was and then it was still not cleaned so asked for the General manager to which took half a day. He then was combative and rube, lied about the room cleaning. The next day I asked for another manager after my experience with Ronen he then walked up to me in the lobby and started screaming at me claiming I raised my voice which I never did I just asked him to explain why he lied about the room being cleaned. The food is extremely subpar and the we had multiple issues from an omelet not being sent to the kitchen and waited almost an hour to get breakfast to the kids club person showing up an hour late to the hours posted

Where do I start with my review. The very warm welcome drink and snack, having the porters take our luggage to and fro from our car to our hotel, the absolutely beautiful room with a fantastic view, the amenities, the beautiful views, the fantastic service, and absolutely wonderful customer service. This was absolutely worth every single penny we spent. In fact, instead of 2 nights, we so wished we had done 3. The AC in our room wasn't working, but they promptly sent a fan over at 3 am when we did call them, they fixed it the next day, and apologized by inviting us for aperitivo hour. What an incredible once in a lifetime experience. if you are on the fence whether the $$ is worth the experience, just go. You will not regret it. It was the highlight of our honeymoon. Thanks so much for creating such amazing memories! Will recommend to my family and friends to visit when in Tuscany.

Absolutely a GEM 💎 of a find! GREAT Value and we LOVED every minute! We seriously cannot wait to come back. We already referred our friends who are currently staying there. We booked this last minute but had our eye on it as ira so hard to choose but this was the best choice of our trip! Absolutely a dream of a property, even better in person! From the welcome desk who showed us around and helped us pick a room, the welcome fruit and drinks, the beautiful rooms, the sunset drinks on the balcony of the main villa before dinner. Everyone and everything was top notch. We were tired from our travels so we opted to eat at the onsite restaurant and it was one of our favorite meals in Italy. The food was spectacular but so was the service. The explanation of the food and wine made for a more memorable experience. Walking the grounds of this property was something we had hoped we would find and was so special. After we had the most wonderful night sleep, we enjoyed a stunningly beautiful breakfast al fresco on the patio of the main villa over looking the vineyards! It was magical and peaceful. What a beautiful addition to our stay. We would have stayed longer, and were temped to, if not for meeting up with our friends. We would literally come back to italy to stay here, it was everything we hoped for! Thank you for your hospitality!
