Excellent Unforgettable memories….
We had an excellent experience here especially with Nima who attended to us in every way possible. She created a schedule for us, packed lunch with my gluten allergy always in mind, texted me to get updates to assure we were making all the tour site visits we wanted to. I just wanted to take Nima back home with me to Canada to organize my life lol. She was caring, always calm, always on top of it. We miss her a lot and she made our experience an unforgettable one. The kitchen staff was also excellent, the chef always visiting me to ensure I was doing well and made all food preparations possible for my allergy. The hair salon and massages were experiences I won’t forget. Our driver Reza was a very sweet and experienced man!! Sandeep, the manager ensured our trip to be a great one!! Thank you all.

Staying at Leela has truly been an exceptional experience. From check in to check out, a very seamless and well coordinated effort put together in small details. A special thanks to our butler Tejveer Singh , for making our stay so joyful. He would move mountains for us, at drop of a hat. Our anniversary celebration was coordinated by our family and Tejveer. A very beautiful gesture. Made our day very special. We could truly enjoy the city because of our chauffeur Kishan. He understood what we sought on this family trip. He knew all the sights to visit, whilst being considerate of every family members wishes. He also guided us with all the local artisan craft, which was one of the main agendas of our trip. He went beyond his way to give us the true essence of hospitality and Udaipur city.

Most lovely staff and beautiful ambience
We had a lovely stay at The Leela, and were personally cared for by 3 amazing staff members..Leiya, Chanu and Rutuja. They were so helpful, always available and maintained our room beautifully. All needs were accommodated promptly and the girls were extremely efficient. The food menu is vast and phenomenally prepared as well. This place is a dream to visit and a memorable experience. Must visit
