Our stay was truly memorable, with the team delivering exceptional warmth and attentiveness throughout. The hospitality, dining experiences, and overall ambiance were outstanding, making it a very special visit. We were touched by the way the team celebrated our daughter’s birthday—it was thoughtfully planned and made the occasion feel truly special for our family. We also appreciated the generous room upgrade, as well as the upgraded car for our airport transfer, both of which added to the comfort and ease of our stay. The service across most areas reflected a high level of care and professionalism. While everything was largely seamless, there were a few minor inconsistencies in housekeeping that, with a bit more attention, could further elevate the already excellent experience. Additionally, while the plunge pool room was lovely, it would be even more exceptional if it offered more scenic views. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we look forward to returning again.

Overall: Good property with all 5-star amenities. A pleasant stay overall, with a few areas that can be improved. 1. Bicycles for children Providing bicycles for kids would enhance the experience. 2. Reception staff knowledge (local guidance) Reception staff should have better knowledge of local sightseeing. On checkout day (11 AM), we planned a visit to Karni Mata Temple before our 3:15 PM flight. We were told it was a 30-minute drive and feasible. However, the temple is accessible only via ropeway and takes around 2 hours in total. Better guidance could have helped us avoid this and enjoy the property instead. 3. Dining staff behavior Dining staff should be more courteous and empathetic. Although the issue was addressed after escalation, consistency is important. 4. Gym staff appreciation Mr. Abhay at the gym was very helpful and cooperative—staff like him truly enhance the stay. 5. Kid zone Kid zone was good. 6. Reception staff (overall) Reception staff was cooperative and supportive. 7. Morning trek experience The morning trek to Mahadev Temple was exceptional and a highlight of the stay. 8. Dining & breakfast Enjoyed the Long Bar and Sawai restaurant. The breakfast buffet was good. 9. Spa experience The spa was top class. 10. Room change handling Due to a planned event with loud music in the lawns facing our room, our room was promptly changed upon request, which was appreciated. However, such events should be communicated in advance, especially since I had already enquired via email before check-in. 11. Evening Aarthi The evening Aarthi was very satisfying and added to the overall experience. 12. Breakfast ambience The flute music during breakfast was soothing and created a pleasant atmosphere. ⸻ Final Takeaway Overall, a very good experience with minor glitches—especially for a premium 5-star property. Suggestion: Focus on the small, basic details. Think like a common man, execute like a royal one.

We came with friends and it was a wonderful experience. The hospitality of the staff was amazing. The property aesthetics are very beautiful. The view from this hotel is mind blowing as it is in between udai sagar lake .. mostly recommended. Had a great experience ❤️🥰 Thank you
