To be honest I loved my overall stay here at raffles udaipur. I have been to raffles Singapore and had similar expectations and exactly . Everything here is so much detailed and perfect lovely staff

Our stay at Raffles Udaipur was truly special. We came to celebrate my birthday, and somehow, the entire team made the celebration feel even more personal and memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with so much warmth and genuine care that we immediately felt at home. What I will remember most about this stay is the people. Every interaction felt thoughtful and sincere, and there were so many little gestures that made a big difference. Prerna from the restaurant was incredibly kind. We reached for dinner very late, almost at closing time, but she stayed back, made sure we had hot food and patiently remained available until we finished. It never felt like we were asking for too much — she genuinely wanted us to enjoy our dinner. Shrey, the Restaurant Manager, was equally wonderful. His food recommendations were excellent, and on my birthday, when I mentioned that I wanted to try the risotto but didn’t want a full portion, he very generously arranged a smaller serving for me. It was such a small gesture, but those are exactly the moments you remember. Aman at The Long Bar made our birthday eve particularly lovely. He was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating, and his recommendations made the evening even more enjoyable. Our Butler, Aman, was another highlight. He gave us a lovely tour of the property, kept checking in to make sure everything was comfortable and, most importantly, helped my husband put together all the little birthday surprises in our room. He took care of every request with so much patience and professionalism, and I truly appreciated it. Gaurav, the Butler Manager, helped us choose the right room and was kind enough to arrange an upgrade as the pool was under maintenance. He was incredibly warm and helpful right from the start. And a special thank you to Nikunj, Virendra and Doi from housekeeping. They were always just a call away and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Their little birthday gesture on behalf of Raffles was incredibly sweet and genuinely made me smile. We also loved how much thought had gone into making the stay enjoyable beyond just the rooms and restaurants. The hotel had a wonderful selection of complimentary activities for guests — pottery, astrology, farming and more, so there was always something interesting to experience. The recreation areas with table tennis, snooker and PlayStation, along with the children’s playroom, were lovely touches and made the property feel like a place where everyone could find something to enjoy. Overall, this was so much more than just a beautiful hotel stay. It was a warm, relaxed and genuinely memorable experience, made special by people who cared about the little things. Celebrating my birthday here made it even more meaningful, and I left with some very lovely memories. A huge thank you to the entire Raffles Udaipur team — and especially to everyone mentioned above — for making us feel so welcomed, cared for and celebrated. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely love to come back.

The coordination between different teams was exceptional, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and on time without guests ever having to worry about a thing. What impressed us most was the attention given to every detail. The décor, hospitality, food, event flow, and guest assistance were all managed beautifully. Despite multiple functions and a large number of guests, everything felt organized and effortless. The team was always present, approachable, and ready to assist whenever needed, which made the celebrations even more enjoyable. The venue itself provided the perfect setting for a wedding, with stunning views, elegant spaces, and a wonderful atmosphere throughout the celebrations. Every function had its own unique charm, and it was evident that a great deal of effort had gone into creating memorable experiences for everyone attending. A special thank you to Arjan, whose warm hospitality, dedication, and positive attitude truly stood out during the celebrations. He was always willing to assist with a smile and played a part in making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. His professionalism and genuine care for guests left a lasting impression and added to what was already a wonderful wedding experience.
