The epitome of opulent style, our spacious rooms and suites are a soothing blend of Indian and European influences with panoramic views of the Baroque garden and the lake. Raffles Udaipur was designed to evoke the look and feel of a grand country estate. The structure of the principal building is inspired by classical European Palladian architecture, featuring domes and high ceilings, and surrounded by beautiful Baroque gardens. Subtle influences from Rajput-Mughal architecture can also be seen in the decorative chhatris and stucco work across the hotel. Local Mewari elements such as jali panels and the iconic Tikri artwork further showcase this stunning blend of two distinct geographies.

The gem of Raffles Udaipir
I had the privelege of meeting Hammad Feroz, assistant manager - butler , Raffles Udaipur. My husband and I were enroute to the airport from Udaipur Vilas and we got alerted to a 2 hour delay. Raffles was close by. We stopped there hoping for a coffee and meal. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked out for a wedding so it was not policy to allow outsiders to use restaurants . We requested Hammad for a coffee and told him we had nowhere to go. Not only did he accommodate the coffee he also welcomed us into the restaurant and fed us the most delicious paneer makhanwala . Of course we paid for it. He also proudly described the details of the interiors and architecture of the hotel which are absolutely stunning and had the most charming and genuine manner. Also superb knowledge of hotels in general . This is warmth and hospitality at its best and also perhaps feels like a very Indian quality . Raffles hold on to Hammad - he’s a gem !

I came to raffles for a event and I must say raffles is such a beautiful property so calm with its beautiful landscape. Ans the staff there had such great hospitality and was very helpful throught the stay. A special mention to Nirjala shallu Purushottam and the whole front office team

Raffes a great property for a stay. Great hospitality and beautiful landscape. The food was great loved the activity area had a lot of fun there. And Nirjala was so sweet and helpful.

My experience at raffels was great from the moment of arrival till the check out. All the staff had great hospitality and the property had a breath taking view. The great landscape and the peaceful environment away from all the chaos. A special mention to Nirjala from front office was thoroughly helpful through out the stay. And will surely love to visit again
