Raffles Udaipur

We had a good short staycation at the Raffles Udaipur!! This is one of the two properties in Udaipur that is on an island in the lake, the other one being Taj Palace. This is different in that it is a larger property with extensive garden/grounds. The staff is very respectful and the service is top notch. Special shout out to Prerna in dining who took excellent care of us at dinner, breakfast and lunch. She has a great attitude and goes above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. We also had the opportunity to get a spa treatment. The spa is excellent and Anupama at the spa is a wonderful massage therapist! Would highly recommend the spa. The only area of opportunity is the front desk who felt a bit distracted due to the upcoming wedding and did not call back with answers and I had to call again on more than one occassion. The other area that needs improvement is the high tea!! Definitely nothing high about it, I would call it a low scale tea. Would suggest Raffles Udaipur to completely scrap it if they cannot afford a better quality high tea as it does not fit with the ambience and experience that we want to associate Udaipur Raffles with......the high tea was served in paper plates and had really low quality stuff with service being equally lackluster. That was one area that was the biggest weak point of our entire stay. The dining rooms however offered excellent food across all meals.

The experience here was awesome and fantastic the place itself was breathtakingly beautiful and heavenly and the staff is so polite and kind Nirjala help a lot and was so sweet till the end had a lovely time here and would love to suggest everyone and sure will be back here soon

Celebrated my baby's 1st bday. Had an amazing time at the property. Beautiful view from the room and wonderful service provided. Priyavrata from housekeeping and barsha at the breakfast were extremely helpful. Thank you.
