Phenomenal Stay
Fabulous experience. From the time we were picked up at the airport to the day we were dropped off at the airport, we were treated like Royalty. Everyone from the boatman, concierge, manager, receptionists, chefs, and all the wonderful staff took care of all our needs going the extra mile throughout. The best hospitality we have experienced in all our years of traveling in the world.

A holiday of a lifetime
My wife and I had a wonderful holiday at the Taj Lake Palace. It was oh too short. When we arrived Harsh Tripathi was terrific and gave us a warm welcome. The staff were also amazing. They were always pleasant and attentive to all our requests. We had a private chauffeur which made it very easy to find the hotel. The atmosphere was superb, the rooms great and clean. The noise was minimal and the service we received brilliant.
