Incredible experience at the Taj palace for lunch. The food was delicious, we had an incredible table by the water and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Our waiter Vijay was extremely attentive and wonderful. We even had a personal visit from the chef Muskaan who came out to check that we were happy with the food. 10/10 experience.

We thought the staff were wonderful giving that very personalised service having dinner at the Neel Kamal restaurant in the evening and with fabulous attention and service provided by Suhana, bringing me the Halva deserts to sample and then to assist my wife navigating her to the bedroom while I was occupied with urgent work that came up — this was more than just over and above the normal duty of service. Furthermore, she also assisted me in sorting out my next day’s trip and how she recommended something for breakfast in the morning as something worth trying too - insisting not to miss. Also, Mr. Pradeep Mr Singh, Babu chef who all remained at hand to ensure all was well with our experience — thank you 🙏🏽

All the staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. Even at the dock before the boat ride you were treated like royalty. From the room to the experiences offered, the amazing food and the outstanding staff, this is truly an experience that will be forever etched in my mind. I cannot imagine how to improve on the best accommodation I have stayed in my whole life! Thankyou from the bottom of my heart!

The Taj Lake Palace is a must do experience. I have had some great hotel experiences over the years, but this was the best. The setting is magnificent, but it’s the staff that make the overall experience truly exceptional.
