Every interaction reflects warmth, attentiveness, and a deep sense of pride in delivering personalized service specifically from Shruti at reception. From the seamless check-in to thoughtful gestures during the stay, the level of care is consistent and impressive. Special thanks to Pradeep Singh Charan and Sous Chef Anop Singh to cook the Rajasthani delicacies that I tried during my stay. Going above and beyond was Sudeepa who served food with so much love and smile always.

Do not deny yourself the opportunity to stay at the Lake Palace. The staff are impeccable, the views are amazing, sumptuous rooms, delightful dining options and a magnificent bar. And Ashley is one of the great barmen - entertaining, knowledgeable, attentive and very funny. This is a truly remarkable hotel.

Staying at the Taj Lake Palace felt like stepping into a James Bond film. The hotel itself was once the summer palace of a king, and that royal history is something you feel in every moment of your stay. From the stunning architecture to the impeccable service, everything is elegant, refined, and makes you feel truly special. One of the absolute highlights was the sunset dinner on the royal barge, the same boat featured in the Bond film. This historic vessel once served the royal family, and the entire evening felt incredibly special. Gliding across the lake at sunset, surrounded by breathtaking views and being treated like royalty, made it one of the most unforgettable evenings we have ever had. If you are looking for something truly unique, romantic, and unforgettable, this is it. A stay that feels timeless, cinematic, and genuinely extraordinary.

This was our eighth visit to the Lake Palace and it seems to be the one hotel that we always look forward to going. This time, thanks to our ever friendly front desk help Naman Sharma, we managed to take a tuk tuk ride into the old city which was an experience. Rahul Bhati made our stay memorable by upgrading us to the Sarvasheshta suite. This was our second stay in that suite and the room bought back many fond memories. We were very excited about our upgrade. The head chef Mayank ji was kind enough to personally look into our dietary requirements. The only one suggestion was for the spa to have heated beds for a more comfortable feel while getting a massage. All in all a beautiful memorable stay
