Great Experience and Great Staff
Wonderful experience at the Lake Palace, all staff from the boatmen to General Manager were friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and we really enjoyed the daily entertainment of heritage talk/walk, boat trip and dancing. One point taken off for the Neel Kamal restaurant which should be avoided - that said, other restaurants at the hotel are excellent so not a problem to eat elsewhere.

Amazing stay on the Lake
Outstanding hospitality by the entire team; Muskan, Surendra and Gunwant at the Jharokha took such a nice care of us - the food recommendation, service and hospitality is super impressive and delightful. Great work Team Taj - you make us addictive :). Special mention of Kavita at front desk who was very helpful and considerate. Easy checkin, surprise cake for anniversary gone by and very polite and helping. And Laskhyaraj who was with us during hotel tour and sunset ride .. Many thanks. We loved our stay and dont feel like going back :) See you hopefully soon. Nikunj and Mansi

A dream in the middle of the lake
Well it is really unusual that you find a really perfect place. This hotel is perfect. Wonderful rooms. Perfect room service. Great staff in the whole property. Nice pool area with perfect service. The restaurants are really worth to visit. The reception helps in any demand. The Spa is extraordinary and even the doorman and the staff which drive the boats are great. The bar outside is an ideal sundowner location. As mentioned a perfect place
