I’ve come back to this place in 5 years and the service is still so exceptional. Especially Gunwant ji who made sure that we had such a seamless experience. Chef Faraz personally took care of each of our requirements and all in all I had one of the best experiences of my life!

Dining at Jharokha at the Taj Lake Palace was an unforgettable experience, made truly extraordinary by the warmth and hospitality of Chef Muskaan and Kaushik. From the moment we sat down, Kaushik took exceptional care of us. He was remarkably well-spoken, attentive, and carried a polite, calming presence that immediately put us at ease. His recommendations were spot-on, and he ensured our entire evening flowed seamlessly without ever feeling rushed. The highlight of the night, however, was the incredible thoughtfulness shown by the Head Chef, Muskaan. The moment she learned it was my wife’s birthday, she surprised us by presenting a lovely celebratory cake, making the occasion feel intimate and special. To top off an already fantastic meal, Chef Muskaan also treated us to some exquisite complimentary rasmalai, which was absolutely delicious and the perfect sweet note to end on. The iconic setting of the palace paired with this level of genuine, personalized hospitality made our celebration truly magical. Huge thanks to Chef Muskaan and Kaushik for going above and beyond to make our night so memorable!

This was the most beautiful experience I have had.. both in terms of the place as well as the interaction with the staff. The food was exemplary and their hospitality impeccable, I had the good fortune to celebrate my Birthday here and Chef Muskan made it extra special with her small touches and delicious food .. specially the traditional Rajasthani cuisine like laal Maas and Safed Maas will be unforgettable. The palace view room was a joy to stay in and the view will always remain as a cherished memory .
