Most wonderful and exquisite stay ✨🤍 Heartfelt thanks to the Gm Mohit Malhotra he’s so generous and amazing person and Gm. He went out of his way to make my stay memorable. Thanks to my favourite chef Rajiv for hellacious dining experience. All the dishes he and team prepared for me were so excellent and amazing presentation I enjoyed my time so much. The welcome amenities were stunning. F&b is superb thanks to tilak and his team for excellent hospitality and service. Everything was perfect and well organised and all was as per my preference. Our stay at The Oberoi Udaivilas was, without question, the best hotel experience that we’ve had. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations. I’ll add that if you’re choosing between the Taj Lake Palace and Oberoi, Oberoi is 100% the right choice. We visited the Taj as well but it didn’t compare. The property itself is absolutely stunning. The grounds are breathtaking, immaculately maintained, and offer gorgeous views of the lake. The rooms were perfect, and we especially loved the thoughtful turndown service, which included personalized messages that made us smile every evening. Every detail felt intentional and luxurious. We had a poolside room. Also we didn’t realize this when booking, but the property has 2 pools! Peacocks and unique birds roam around the gardens as well. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the people. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional. We constantly felt cared for and accommodated. A special thank you to Simran, our concierge, who was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Whether through WhatsApp or in person she was always available, quick to respond, and eager to help us make plans or answer questions. Her attentiveness made a huge difference in our experience. Pradeep at the front desk was another standout. He was professional, welcoming, and had a wonderful sense of humor. He always made sure we had everything we needed, provided excellent recommendations, and was simply a pleasure to interact with. Sanjan, who looked after us at the pool, was exceptional. Every time we arrived, he would promptly bring chilled water bottles and cool towels and always made sure we were comfortable. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor made every visit to the pool feel special. Aditya, who assisted with our check-in experience, was kind, professional, and efficient. He ensured everything went smoothly and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Amesha, our meditation and yoga instructor, provided a truly memorable experience. The sessions felt personalized to our needs, and her knowledge, guidance, adjustments, and advice were outstanding. We left feeling both relaxed and inspired. Mr. Mukesh, our boat driver, gave us one of our favorite memories of the trip. Even though we did not have a formal booking that evening, Max and I simply wanted to enjoy a boat ride on the lake, and he graciously accommodated us. He shared fascinating information about the history of the area and was so warm, knowledgeable, and engaging that he could easily have been a tour guide himself. We would also like to recognize Farina, our driver, who took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. He picked us up from the airport, helped with our luggage, and drove us on multiple excursions. He was always punctual, professional, and knowledgeable about the area. We were also pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded our transportation to BMW vehicles for our excursions. The cars were incredibly comfortable and stocked with snacks and water, which made every journey enjoyable. The biggest standout of our stay, however, was Umesh, our tour guide. He was truly exceptional. We spent two days exploring with him because we enjoyed our first tour so much. He guided us through the City Palace, introduced us to miniature painting and jewelry shops, and shared fascinating stories about the history and culture of the region. He also taught us about Hinduism, meditation, and practices that we could bring back into our everyday lives. He customized our experiences based on our interests, even incorporating a block-printing workshop that was not part of the hotel’s standard offerings. On our second day together, he took us to the Monsoon Palace and continued to provide an incredible historical and cultural perspective. If we ever return to Udaipur, we would absolutely request another excursion with him. The food throughout the property was excellent, the activities were thoughtfully curated, and the level of hospitality was unlike anything we have experienced elsewhere. Even on our departure day, the team packed breakfast for us to take on our journey, which perfectly reflected the care and attention they showed throughout our stay. We were genuinely sad to leave. Our experience was 10/10, and we now want to visit as many Oberoi properties as possible in the future. Thank you to the entire team for creating such an unforgettable experience.

Best expierence of the holiday as each department from restaurant / housekeeping / room service was unbelievably warm and efficient and we were pampered to another level by your chef Rajeev / Vijeet / Sara n housekeeping harsh …. Special thanks to them as we are strict jain and were speechless when all these people and their entire team with full respect for religion , they made sure we got boil drinking water to every food we could eat …as written before best trip of ours so far inspire of lot n lot of travels all over the world

Our stay at The Oberoi Udaivilas was truly unforgettable and one of the finest hospitality experiences we have ever had. From the warm welcome at the jetty to the heartfelt farewell, every moment was exceptional. A special thank you to Mr. Ibrahim Magdum and the entire Udaivilas team for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care throughout our stay. The property is simply breathtaking. With magnificent architecture, beautiful gardens, serene lakeside views, and peacocks roaming freely, every corner feels magical. What amazed us most was how the resort transforms from day to night stunning during the day and even more enchanting after sunset. Our suite felt like a private palace, complete with a beautiful private pool, elegant interiors, and impeccable attention to detail. Spending time by the pool while watching peacocks nearby created memories that we will cherish forever. Dining was outstanding throughout our stay. Whether at Chandni, Udaimahal, or through in-room dining, every meal was exceptional. The food quality, service, and attention from the chefs and restaurant teams were truly world-class. What sets Udaivilas apart is its people. Being greeted by name, the flawless housekeeping, attentive service, and countless thoughtful gestures made us feel genuinely valued. Every associate went above and beyond to make my wife’s birthday celebration incredibly special. Thank you to Mr. Ibrahim Magdum and the entire Oberoi Udaivilas family for creating memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. We look forward to returning soon.

The location and ambience of the property is amazing. You get a very positive vibe the moment you set foot on the property. Hospitality of the staff is par excellence. They make sure that no one feels neglected or left out. The fine imprint of taking care of the smallest of things leaves an everlasting mark. The room size is very good and luxurious. The semi private pool with the room was the highlight of our trip, my daughter had enjoyed the pool to the fullest. The Oberois in my opinion is the most luxurious chain, but having said that the price and the facilities that they provide is worth the spend.
