The most beautiful experience of my life
Udaivilas truly lived up to its reputation. The property is breathtaking, with its courtyards, gardens, and lake views that feel straight out of a painting. The staff were warm and attentive without ever being overbearing, which made the stay feel very personal. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. I left with a heart full of gratitude and memories I’ll cherish.

Hope to have more clarity
Wish the hotel informs their guests beforehand that GYM was not working and also one had to wait for breakfast turn at the restaurants/banquets ... even though it was not running at 100 % occupancy !

Beautiful property worth the visit - Service outstanding
Absolutely stunning property with a truly palatial feel. The service was exceptional — Sara, the restaurant manager, and her team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Nothing was ever too much trouble! The food was phenomenal — we especially recommend the lamb biryani and the dhal. Sara even went the extra mile by sharing the recipes and some of the spices with us. Her warmth and attentiveness were remarkable, and every guest we spoke to praised her and the entire teams. The chefs personally came around to chat with guests, which was such a thoughtful touch. Every single member of the team was outstanding. The spa experience and massage is a must , my therapist Thoi was brilliant and I came out feeling revitalised . Well done Oberoi team !

People who love nature should experience the property
Beautiful with Nature kept, luxury exprerience of the property. And helpful warm staff. Love the hotel thoughtfulness of keeping nature so original. Beautiful the hotel architecture . Staff atire looks great. All the pools are superb. After 3 days stay alsl felt like staying more as it was very comfortable and pleasent to have a feel living with the nature.

This was truly one of the most extraordinary experiences I have had in the past 35 years of constant travel, during which I have spent more than 250 days each year in five-star hotels across the world. Everything was perfect — the service impeccable, the cuisine outstanding, the room beautifully designed with the most comfortable bed imaginable, and the entire estate simply stunning. It was even more remarkable than my last visit to The Oberoi Udaivilas 20 years ago. My heartfelt appreciation and warmest greetings to the entire staff and management for making this stay unforgettable.
