Everything about the property—from the regal architecture and tranquil surroundings to the flawless service—was simply top-notch. A massive shout-out to Meher at the front desk/concierge. From the moment we arrived, her warm vibe and genuine hospitality made us feel instantly connected. She went above and beyond to make our stay extra special, including arranging a room upgrade that truly elevated our experience. Her attention to detail, proactive care, and welcoming presence set the tone for an extraordinary trip. The food scene at Udaivilas surpassed all expectations, entirely thanks to the Executive Chef Rajiv Sinha. We essentially "surrendered" our meal choices to him, giving him full creative freedom—and it was the best decision we made! The Executive Chef Rajiv took extraordinary care of us, going out of his way to curate and serve the absolute finest dishes. To top it all off, he thoughtfully packed delicious food for our return journey. It was such a warm, generous gesture that truly touched our hearts and made us feel genuinely cared for right until the very end. The property itself is breathtaking. The sprawling gardens, serene views, and immaculate attention to heritage design make it one of the finest luxury destinations. Everything was simply too good!
