The hospitality makes this hotel!
The staff made our stay at this beautiful property! Our server Leah at Mewar was spectacular. She guided us to the most delicious meal selections and even arranged to go sandwiches (that were delicious) on our departure day. Anupam, another server for a delicious dinner, was so warm and welcoming as well as knowledgeable about the food. Upon requests for spectacular tasting dishes, chefs Radhika and Vijiit quickly presented us with recipes for our favorites. Last but not least we each opted for massages and our respective massueses Nancy and Mary were truly top notch. Finally, Amisha, a real prize for the hotel, led us through wonderful meditation and yoga sessions - don't miss these complimentary activities.

An Unforgettable Stay at One of India’s Finest Hotels
We stayed at The Oberoi Udaivilas with our family to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday, and the experience truly lived up to its reputation as one of the finest hotels in India. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and impeccably maintained common areas, gardens, and green spaces. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and offer wonderful views. What stood out the most was the service. Everyone we interacted with—from the drivers and housekeeping staff to the restaurant team and managers—was attentive, warm, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Udaivilas made an important family celebration even more memorable. Easily the best hotel experience I’ve had in India, and one I would highly recommend.

Celebrating Indian traditions
We had an excellent third visit to Udaivilas. Manger Mr Ibrahim and his staff are to be congratulated for their wonderful hospitality. They hosted our extended family as we celebrated our son’s and daughter in law’s wedding. The food at the restaurants and bar service of the highest standards. The property is maintained at the highest standards and the entire experience made us proud of our Indian heritage. Congratulations to the Oberois Udaivilas team for their kind service above and beyond expectations!
