This hotel is a bit dated, service isn’t great, pool very small. Food at the restaurant is hit or miss. Location good if you are just in Vail to say you went to Vail and want to hang out at the “for the tourists” town center. Really, Vail is overrated entirely. I was there for a conference, otherwise it’s skippable.

The room was spacious, the location could not be better, but most impressive was the attentive and wonderful staff. Natalie - the concierge - directed us to amazing activities. Date of stay: July 2026

As a loyal guest who has returned to this 5-star Vail property every year for the past nine years, I am deeply disappointed by my recent stay. This hotel used to represent luxury, but it has suffered a severe drop in standards and management quality.During our stay, we faced multiple unacceptable issues:Pest Control: There were ants crawling inside our room.Severe Lack of Housekeeping: Our sheets were visibly stained, and no cleaning service was provided at all.Poor Management Response: When we brought these health and cleanliness issues to the front desk, staff refused to allow us to change rooms. Management offered zero help or alternative solutions to fix the situation.Paying 5-star prices should guarantee clean sheets and proactive service, but we received neither. It is incredibly disheartening to see a property we loved treat long-term, loyal guests with such disregard. I cannot recommend this hotel in its current state. Also, the air conditioning does work properly. Asked the hotel front desk if this could be addressed, and they sent up an inexperienced engineer staff member who changed out a very dirty filter and told us to close the curtains. That did not help.

Heading there this weekend . Trying to contact them via Expedia app two times but no answer sofar .They sent 2 times a message about check in and suddenly changing the free breakfast to no breakfast at all. I find it unfair because we chose that hotel because having the breakfast option over the others

We had a nice time at the Arabelle. Service consistently friendly. The car service / bell desk is a highlight. They will drive you anywhere in the village and then come pick you up. Speedy and efficient service. Hotel is beautiful. Rooms are well-appointed. We found the air conditioning wasn't amazing and some other very minor challenges. Breakfast was solid. Amex Fine Hotel guests - the hotel didn't give us an upgrade (even though it's clear on their website nicer rooms were readily available for the two nights stayed.). The room was ready at 2:30 p.m. when we arrived, so they honored the early check in. The $150 credit basically covers two days of valet parking.
