Hospes Palau de la Mar

My stay at Hospes Palau de la Mar was exceptional from beginning to end. This was my first time visiting Spain, let alone Valencia, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel. I would especially like to thank Chiara and Agathe, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I had a bad fall shortly after arriving and was struggling with severe knee pain, making it difficult to walk. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, always looking for ways to accommodate me and ensure I was comfortable. As a hijabi woman, I also deeply appreciated how inclusive and considerate the entire team was. Whether it was the reception staff or the spa team, everyone made a real effort to accommodate my needs, particularly regarding access to the spa and jacuzzi. I never felt like I was asking for too much—everyone treated me with warmth, respect, and genuine kindness, and that meant a lot. The hotel itself is stunning. It beautifully blends the charm of a historic building with elegant modern design. Everything was impeccably clean, peaceful, and maintained to a very high standard. The location is another huge advantage. It’s right in the heart of Valencia, with most attractions, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. Luxury hotels are remembered for more than their facilities, they’re remembered for the people. The team at Hospes Palau de la Mar turned what could have been a difficult trip into a truly memorable one. Thank you to everyone, especially Chiara and Agathe, for making my first visit to Spain such a wonderful experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia.

Once again I returned to my fact city and favourite hotel. This was a short 3 night break with my sister and we enjoyed our stay. The first time I visited this hotel was in 2007/08 and have so many visits since then that I have lost count. I have returned numerous times with my husband, friends and siblings. I enjoyed rooms suck as the deluxe dreamer, superior, family suite and junior suite and all rooms we was great. The renovations are complete now and the hotel is bright and fresh. We ate at the Ampar restaurant and the food was amazing. All staff were very attentive and friendly namely Nico. Please give this guy a bonus he deserves it. Unfortunately we left on the day Argentina were planning España as I would have loved to enjoy in the football celebrations and watch Spain beat Argentina

Fantastic place to stay would be my first choice. Hotel is very clean and tidy and modern. Staff are very friendly helpful and caring

5 ⭐️ experience at this hotel! Rooms a spacious and modern! Staff is friendly attentive and accommodating! The location is also great!! Short walk to old town and a plethora of delicious restaurants.

A very good hotel,we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay last week.The hotel is centrally located for both beach and city ,staff are welcoming and helpful we could not have asked for more.Especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace and our garden room.
