The Best Hotel in Valencia !! Simply GREAT and AMAZING 5***** service with high quality at every corner of the hotel (restaurants, courtyard, pool...) The Employees are very nice, helpful, professional with always a smile on their face. Rooms are simply perfect, spacious, quiet and with all facilities needed. The Best hotel i've stayed in for many years... Highly recommended !!!! THANK YOU !!

Bank holiday weekend stay
Excellent stay at this hotel Courteous and very helpful and honest staff Close to old town to see most attractions. My wife was not aware that she had lost her credit card . Upon returning to our room one evening, there was an envelope with her credit card in it She had lost it in the foyer , only for the concierge to have picked it and returned to our room. Such honesty is to be commended. Will definitely return.

Spa
We used the spa as day guests . The facilities were spotless, the relaxation room had refreshments in and was tranquil. The sauna and steam room were excellent. The swimming pool which is saltwater was and comfortable to swimming. We had drinks in the garden which was comfortable. The interior of the hotel looks beautiful and we would love to stay here if we come to Valencia again.
