The Westin Valencia

We used the spa as day guests . The facilities were spotless, the relaxation room had refreshments in and was tranquil. The sauna and steam room were excellent. The swimming pool which is saltwater was and comfortable to swimming. We had drinks in the garden which was comfortable. The interior of the hotel looks beautiful and we would love to stay here if we come to Valencia again.

The service was excellent. The food was great. I would definitely return to Valencia and stay in the Westin Valencia Hotel, again.

Wonderful stay at the Westin Valencia! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and well located for enjoying the city (the metro is so easy). The service has been outstanding, and I’d especially like to thank Juan Gil for providing truly exceptional and attentive service with an lost baggageissuewe were having. He made our stay feel extra special. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel. We booked as a package with BA. initial hiccup in that we got 2 single beds instead of a king. Raised it at reception and the initial response was we don't honour BA bookings but the manage came along and moved us to a king room. From there is was perfect. The hotel is clean and rooms so spacious. It's quiet. The smell of a spa runs through the hotel. Service is exceptional. The staff are so friendly. Rooms have hairdryer/ iron / board and all essentials/ towel/ robe/ slippers. Kettle and coffee and tea. Water too. Payable bar in the room. We didn't use the restaurants but the pool was immaculate and the steam room and sauna too. If we go back we are going to stay here. It's a short walk to most main attractions and loads of eateries within minutes walk.

unfortunately this hotel was for us quite an unpleasant experience. Although the location of the hotel is great, and also the patio is very nice to spent time, the rooms are quite outdated to put it mildly. Our bathroom was so dirty that I even complaint twice, also because of old water tubes there was quite some unpleasant smell .... We had the option to change room, but the other room was exactly the same. The mimi bar had Chocolate which was already expired so we didn't dare to try anything else either. Beside that the main point was that they blocked our credit card twice, and even though my husband complained three times (once also with the manager) it was still not solved when we left, after 8 days! They wanted us to solve the problem with the third party involved, what a joke. For us a very clear "no go"!
