Beautiful location and place. Would like to see sanctuary raise the level of service and food quality to be in line to the price point that is being charged.

Great room and amazing view.

Great service by the admin staff and bell boys. The corner room is very comfortable and with a nice view and AC. The restaurant is good, the only downside is that the waiters are sometimes overload and it takes a while for them to acknowledge you.

Best massage I’ve gotten this year

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

The massage was absolutely amazing! I got icela as my masseuse she was super respectful and kind, as someone who goes to get massages often I can say this was my best experience so far from the moment you arrive to the place they have an amazing ambiance of pice and relaxation using music and aroma, so by the time you get to your massage you are already relaxed. Not to mention the great attention and service, as well as refreshments like tea and water. I got the massage linfático i would 100% recommend this massage if your looking for a soft massage with a small amount of pressure.

Mind Numbing Massage (Good thing)

The massage was absolutely great! It was super relaxing! Lucí was super polite and I’ve never actually mentally relaxed like that during a massage ever! The views are wonderful and everything just feels super welcoming. Would do again. For anyone interested it’s el masaje Linfático!

Stunning location, but room is bad.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

Location is amazing. Hotel territory is also nice and beautiful. And it's a shame that all that is ruined by terrible room, which costs 450 USD per night and includes really noise inside pool which you can't really sleep around with. The room is kinda old and has no AC. And the restaraunt - the service is so slow, the food is just MEH and came cold. But the location is just stunning. Too bad the room and service make it so I won't return.
