Rosselli - AX Privilege

We have recently returned from a 7 days stay - the hotel is amazing. The rooms are fantastic. The staff are an asset to the company, very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely be returning to this hotel. For breakfast you eat in Grain Street the breakfast is out of this world so much choice and not buffet. The staff are great explaining all the choices to you. There is a roof top terrace which has great view of Malta but it was really too hot to use - it reach 45 degrees and the pool was out of action - however, the hotel ensure we had access to a pool as and when needed via their Sister Hotel - this was lovely and did not spoil anything - in fact - it added to the experience. It was the added touches of drinks on arrival, little treats in the evening. The Tea and Coffee (and coffee pods) were replaced as needed. Plenty of Water. I would like to thank them for making our stay so wonderful.

This hotel has exceeded all our expectations in every aspect of hospitality, the staff are a great asset to the hotel , such an amazing team , without any doubt in my mind it couldn’t have been any better . Our stay in Malta 🇲🇹❤️ was highlighted by all the beautiful people that give Roselli AX Privilege the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating , these people to us shone as bright as the sunshine , morning till night x Mohammed Tarik our amazing concierge he helped us so much , great at his job & gave us so much local area knowledge & always with his heart on his sleeve 💙 A smile to brighten anyone’s day . Extending all our thanks to the most amazing breakfast team , bar staff who work very hard throughout the days in all aspects of the hotel . We encounter nothing but smiles , helpfulness, caring & kind attitudes from Samuel , Daman, Katho. These people to us absolutely are the stars in the hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . I will take a little bit of each of them home in my heart as Malta is too 🇲🇹❤️

We stayed at AX St. John, the lovely boutique accommodation run by Hotel Rosselli. Cannot praise the staff and facilities enough, all so friendly and helpful providing first class service. Especial thanks to Craig in Grain Restaurant for making our week do enjoyable. More than happy to recommend and thank you Jet 2 for arranging our stay.

We didn't stay here (we were in the very good sister hotel AX St. John) but apart from the excellent food in both their Grain Street and Under Grain restaurants, the following staff deserve particular praise: Breakfast - Katho Sangheetha Dinner - Aftab Hussein Muhammad Although all the staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient!

Firstly the staff are very nice and the location is perfect. Doing a review because this is billed as a 5 star and it is simply not that, I don’t know who gave that accreditation, but it’s misguided. The breakfast is cramped, no outside terrace when we were there, maybe it will be put back at some point, breakfast is ok, nothing special. The first room we were put in was ok, they do smell a bit but ok, they are a bit faded and a bit silly, no doors on the bathrooms, style over practically. Our aircon stopped and it was blistering heat, we were offered another room but that really smelt bad and it had an upstairs bed, bathroom downstairs, daft. We waited until another room was found and that was ok, but they are so dark and no door on the bathroom again, smelt bad but they bought some reed difusers which masked it a bit. We weren’t staying that long so we managed, safe stopped working but someone came and repaired that. There is only a small residents area and on our last day it was commandeered for a wedding as was the roof bar, there is a very small plunge pool, that’s all. If you go expecting 3 star, nice staff and a great location it’s fine, but don’t expect anything else and it’s not cheap either.
