Rosselli - AX Privilege

Hotel was very central and close to all restaurants and sights. We were allocated a room on the ground floor which I found rather odd as it had a staircase within the room, making it too exposed but Mohammad Tarik Hagi was most helpful in securing for us an alternative, more conventional room on the first floor, and also helped with orientation advice around the city. The rooms are a little austere with a surfeit of marble on the floor and walls. Arun was first rate in making up our room each day and for the delivery of the evening chocolate! The breakfast staff are also great, especially Samjan (sorry I know I have spelt your name wrong) was always so pleasant and obliging. The breakfast is worth the investment. It’s not cheap but there is an extensive choice and you can basically order as much as you can eat. We didn’t dine at the restaurant in the evening as there is such a wide range of competitively priced restaurants from which to choose on hand, to suit all pockets. Some noise from next door bar.

We enjoyed a fabulous week at the wonderful Rosselli in Valletta for our wedding anniversary. The care and attention from the staff was truly outstanding. The delicious breakfast was a highlight. The location is fantastic,the hotel is in the heart of the city and is a perfect spot for discovering the wonderful city and exploring the surrounding area. A special mention for Mohammad who went above and beyond both arranging a fabulous surprise welcome for our anniversary and for helping with support for my health and mobility issues which meant so much and allowed us to really enjoy our stay and explore the city easily. Katho and the whole breakfast team are also to be commended. A truly memorable trip in a delightful hotel with wonderful, friendly, welcoming and professional staff. Thank you.

All the staff at this hotel were terrific. They were helpful, friendly,and nothing was too much trouble. We ate breakfast daily at the hotel, The Grain . What a delight.! Great , delicious wide ranging menu, attentive staff, Katho,the head, Sumana etc to name but a few , were all so attentive,remembering what you liked to eat & drink ! Made our anniversary stay unforgettable. The reception staff ,Amal, Hark, room servicing staff were all wonderful and went out of their way to make our trip memorable. Would definately recommend staying at this hotel and having breakfast /dinner . The hotel is located in an ideal location in Valetta for a first time visiting tourist.

This is a lovely hotel right in the historic heart of Valletta. The room was well equiped (lots of hangers, water supplìed everyday etc) and kept beautifully clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly they really made my stay memorable, especially Rose and Mohammad.
