Wedgewood Hotel & Spa

This hotel was luxurious. The staff is very professional and kind. Ryan in particular at the desk, and Kirby, the doorman, made us feel welcomed, cared for. The staff over anticipates your needs and is incredibly polite. Staff had good recommendations on places to walk to grab a bite, but the restaurant inside was also delicious. Everything was affordable for a 5 star hotel. The steam room was an important touch for us and we got an early morning steam in before the spa opened. The steam room is 24 hours, first come first serve. Our room also had a patio and I had room service coffee with oat milk watching the sunrise. We woke around 5:30 because of a very loud family up early in the room above us running around. That is no ones fault, however. The stay was very quiet otherwise. Staying here was a very memorable experience. I highly recommend a January visit to take advantage of the lower room cost and more specialized attention from staff.

We spent two nights at the Wedgewood Hotel over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and it was the perfect home base for our holiday in Vancouver. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone we encountered was genuinely helpful and friendly, creating that warm hospitality you hope for during the holidays. The valets were particularly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed with our car and luggage without any hassle. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed – comfortable, well-designed, and exactly what we wanted after full days exploring the city. The downtown location was ideal, allowing us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Being right in the heart of the city made our Vancouver experience that much more enjoyable. We also treated ourselves to a couples massage at the hotel spa, and the masseuses were excellent. It was the perfect way to relax during our holiday getaway. The Wedgewood delivered on all fronts – exceptional service, a prime location, and thoughtful amenities. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend Christmas in Vancouver. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a boutique hotel experience with genuine hospitality.

A fantastic experience staying at Wedgewood Hotel & Spa on Dec.27,2025. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and supported by truly outstanding staff from the Valley parking, and the front desk ( Christina and Ryan), to an amazing delicious dinner party. Enjoyed New Years Eve dinner in Bacchus restaurant and then spent the evening in the hotel. The lobby is beautifully decorated at all times but during the holidays it becomes magical. Service from the moment the doorman opens your car door is excellent. The food is exquisite especially on such a busy evening like New Years Eve. It was a lovely stay and couldn't recommend it more. It's the best place to stay when visiting Vancouver.
