Wedgewood Hotel & Spa

My son and I had an incredible 2 night stay at this beautiful property. From the moment we checked in until the uber arrived to take us to the airport, everyone was super attentive, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend the Wedgewood Hotel and Spa for your next stay in Vancouver!!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience staying at the Wedgewood recently! It was a standout highlight of our trip, which was already pretty great. What stood out to us the most was the staff. They are extremely attentive, courteous, and friendly. We especially enjoyed chatting with Ryan at the front desk and getting restaurant recs from Matt since we are big foodies. The staff also very kindly helped me out by giving me an extra bottle of distilled water they happened to have so I could use it for my sleep apnea machine. Rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable. I am very picky about beds and the ones here are excellent! Nice touches around the hotel including fun decor and free “spa water” in the lobby - water infused with cut fruit and sometimes mint. We tried the afternoon tea experience at bacchus, the restaurant in the hotel and loved that too! Worth checking out, especially for a special occasion. Can’t wait to visit again! This was our first time in Vancouver and the wedgewood made it very special

From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm and friendly welcome. The service throughout our stay was attentive, courteous and genuinely personal, with all the staff making us feel completely at home. The front desk team were particularly helpful, offering knowledgeable advice on where to eat, directions to places we wanted to visit and general tips that made exploring Vancouver so much easier. Our room was beautifully appointed (and spotless), and we were thrilled to be upgraded to a one-bedroom suite, which was a real treat. The food was excellent too — both breakfast and our evening meal in the bar were delicious. After busy days sightseeing, it was lovely to return to such a comfortable and welcoming hotel. The Wedgewood really did feel like coming home, and we would definitely stay here again. Wish it was nearer to home!

We stayed 3 days at the Wedgewood Hotel before our cruise and we were delighted with everything!! A beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely entrance and cosy bar . The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We would particularly like to commend all the staff for their professionalism and helpfulness . A special mention to Jordan whose attention to detail was excellent!

I enjoyed a luxurious stay at the Wedgewood Hotel in Vancouver prior to an Alaskan cruise. The hotel is centrally located for water plane that runs between Victoria and Vancouver and near the cruise terminal. The rooms were beautifully outfitted and bed extra spacious. The Bacchus Restaurant and Bar is lively and food delicious. The best part of the stay is the exceptional staff. Every interaction was friendly and helpful. They extended themselves to accommodate our return from the cruise and allow us to store luggage, dine at Bacchus and enjoy the 2nd floor deck patio for a few hours between cruise and airport. Well worth the splurge of a Relais et Chateau hotel.
