Excellent Service!
We've had a wonderful stay at The Wedgewood! Everyone has been so accommodating. The omelette at breakfast was my favourite breakfast of our 6 week trip! Also, Dennis with room service couldn't do enough! Thank you all!

Beautiful hotel with friendly & efficient staff
Thank you to the Wedgewood for a lovely first experience! My husband and I were given a VSO performance and night's stay in Vancouver as a wedding gift, and it was absolutely delightful! Hornby St is busy on a Saturday afternoon, but the valets were efficient and friendly and got us in the building and our car on its way quickly. When we entered the lounge/lobby area, the concierge at the desk already had our reservation pulled up and greeted us by name. Check-in and checkout were smooth and they included a complimentary upgrade to a 14th-floor suite. Everything was beautifully decorated for Christmas too, so all in all it was a magical visit!

Attentive staff, comfortable rooms and great location.
I came for a conference and fell in love with this hotel. The welcoming tone is immediately set by David at the front desk,who is thoughtful, kind, professional, and offers me things I need before I realize I need them. The hot apple cider in the lobby was perfect on a cold, rainy evening. The rooms and beds are quite comfortable. This will be my preferred spot for future Vancouver trips. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Excellent hotel!!! Starting from greeting, bell service, lobby checked in by Ryan, and hotel restaurant. Everyone was very nice with great smile and clean place. I would definitely go back there again!!
