Located in Downtown Vancouver, this boutique hotel features beautifully-furnished rooms, each with a private balcony. Founded by Greek-born Eleni Skalbania, this family owned property is now managed by her younger daughter, Elpie Marinakis, who has the same passion for hospitality. This Vancouver boutique hotel offers 83 uniquely appointed Guestrooms and Suites, a tranquil day Spa, elegant event rooms for private meeting and parties. The award-winning Bacchus Restaurant and Lounge attention to detail is immediately apparent. You are instantly surrounded by luxury, with richly upholstered furniture, warm, dark cherry wood, and Murano crystal fixtures imported from Venice personally by Eleni herself. A large canvas depicting Bacchus himself, Greek god of wine and revelry, presides over the lounge, the site of Vancouver’s most popular cocktail hour. A favorite spot of locals and celebrities.

i had the best facials at the Spa at the Wedgewood Hotel with Asuncion. Thorugh customized facials with expert dedicated professional. I just returned from a sunny vacation with damaging sunburn on my back and she knew exactly what to do hydrating, exfoliating, moisturizing etc. I am on the way to improvement and healing. My face and back felt somclean and soft. She also did a moisturizing treatment on my lips. Thank you Asuncion. You always exceed expectations.

Everything, and I mean Everything at the WEDGEWOOD HOTEL & SPA was wonderful!! Right from the moment we walk through the front doors, into that absolute gorgeous foyer, being greeted with a warm and welcoming "Hello" from the front staff. Ryan, Dave and Shawna treated us wonderfully, with warm smiles, always welcoming us "Home" upon our return and making sure we had everything we needed. Our Penthouse Suite was amazing! The beds and pillows were oh-so soft and comfy... best sleep ever! And the jaccuzi bath tub was enjoyed many times. The room was tended to everyday, we were brought ice to our room daily, a fresh bottle of water was always sitting on our coffee table, and at nighttime, a couple packages of delicious cookies we delivered to our room. The restaurant was AMAZING!! The Chefs lived up to the Restaurants Michelin star! And throughout our dinner we were treated to the Musical talents of Sean, who played the piano and sang to many, many songs, and many, many of my hubbies requests. The WEDGEWOOD HOTEL has now become our Hotel of choice, and the Penthouse Suite, has become our Room of choice, for all of our trips to Vancouver, BC!! Thank you to everyone at the WEDGEWOOD HOTEL, that made our trip, the best trip we've had! We'll see you all soon! Cheers, Tammy and Daryan

My wife and I spent a weekend in Vancouver for her graduation ceremony. We picked the Wedgewood because of the location and the fact that it was a Relais and Chateaux property. We were not disappointed. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Rooms are modern and the beds are comfortable. What really made our stay great was the staff. Ryan at the front desk was incredibly welcoming. He was a friendly face every time we arrived back at the hotel. He took the time to learn our names and was effusive in his congratulations to my wife. He really went above and beyond with respect to making us feel welcome. The restaurant Baccus is also excelllent, Great food. Incredible service from Melissa, and their sommelier is very knowledgable and friendly. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Vancouver.

We were 4 college friends celebrating 56 years of friendship.! The Wedgewood has become my favorite hotel in the world--it is elegant but not pompous, very cozy, very quiet, beautifully decorated, fabulously located. But the real gems of the hotel are the staff--from the front door to the Bacchus Room to the bedrooms, the staff was welcoming and attentive. We felt we were saying farewell to friends when we left. You could feel the staff's commitment to this property. Congratulations to the Wedgewood for inspiring such loyalty and for presenting such a lovely hotel.

Great location within walking distance of Gastown, the Vancouver Art Gallery, and the Granville Island ferry dock. The room was beautiful and included an espresso machine, electric kettle, and complementary tea bags, coffee pods, cookies, and chocolates. The staff was exceptional. We enjoyed eating in the Bacchus restaurant for breakfast and dinner every night during our stay.
