The award-winning Bacchus Restaurant and Lounge attention to detail is immediately apparent. Super city and fantastic stay
Brilliant Staff and wonderful stay. Right opposite the Art Gallery, 1 km from seafront north and south Ryan was outstanding in his helpfulness

Excellent 5-star experience
I loved the hotel. It is across the street from Robson Square - two blocks from Granville. So, you are close enough to everything, but it is not too loud. My room, the food, and the gym were everything I would expect from a 5-star hotel. What stood out and why I am taking the time to review is the service. Literally everyone I interacted with was eager to go out of their way to help with anything I needed. They got my car ready when needed, ran a suitcase down to my room, made sure the steam room was open late if I wanted it, customized breakfast for me, and did all the behind-the-scenes work to make it look easy.

Reception staff especially David and Ryan make you feel truly welcome at this excellent hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Everything worked liked clockwork in a most charming manner.
