Fairmont Pacific Rim

We had an amazing experience staying here last weekend. From the valet service to the check in and the lounge staff… everyone was top notch. Impeccable service. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the gold lounge level and experienced the lounge with all of its wonderful perks. Amazing coffees, food and concierge all included. Worth the fee to upgrade if you need to. Plus a self serve bar with great options (at a cost). The renovated rooms were beautiful. We will definitely be back.

This was my second stay at this property, and it once again exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love both the hotel itself and the consistently excellent service. My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, offering a breathtaking view of the harbor framed by the surrounding mountains. The bathroom was a true highlight, featuring a luxurious deep soaking tub along with a separate walk in shower, which made it easy to fully relax after a long day. The King beds were so comfortable and had incredible nights rest with soft blankets and comforter. I love that water is always provided and refilled by housekeeping so you never go thirsty. It was a nice added touch. The Le Labo products in the bathrooms were also a nice bonus to elevate my experience with Fairmont's signature Rose 31 scent which I adore. I also took advantage of the fitness center, which was modern, open, and exceptionally well equipped with everything needed for a complete workout. The pool/hot tub and spa area were equally impressive, thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained, creating a serene and upscale atmosphere. In the evenings, the lobby bar really comes alive with energetic ambiance and live music each night. The food and drinks were outstanding, and the sashimi was so fresh and delicious. Overall, this property continues to impress on every level, and I would gladly return again.

Every interaction we had with staff was warm and professional, and the service throughout the hotel consistently exceeded expectations. The atmosphere, amenities, and overall attention to detail made our stay feel very special and memorable. Thanks to the amazing team at the Fairmont Pacific Rim, what could have been a stressful planning experience turned into a seamless and joyful celebration. Stayed at the Fairmont Pacific Rim with my triplet sisters for our birthday and had an amazing experience. The hotel is gorgeous, but the standout was Kyle, one of the bartenders, who went above and beyond, he even arranged last‑minute access to a sold‑out comedy show for us. His kindness made our celebration truly special. Highly recommend this hotel for exceptional service and a memorable stay.
