Exceptional service
One of the best Fairmont properties I have stayed at . The Lobby Bar , food is amazing. Service by the girls there Alysha and Daria is commendable. They are very hardworking and hospitable. The housekeeping team at the hotel was exceptionally good , they took such good care of us , making our stay comfortable and we were made to feel Soo special . Special thanks to Humraz and his team . Keep up the good work guys. Would love to come back again

Best hotel in Vancouver
I've stayed at the Fairmont Pacific Rim twice and thoroughly enjoyed both times. The staff's attention to detail went above and beyond anything I expected and the rooms are simply gorgeous.

A Perfect Stay at the Fairmont Pacific Rim — Truly Unforgettable
From the moment we arrived, the experience at the Fairmont Pacific Rim was exceptional in every way. My partner and I stayed for a very special occasion, and the team went above and beyond to make it absolutely unforgettable. Patrick Lee, the VIP Concierge, deserves special mention. He was kind, thoughtful, and attentive from start to finish — anticipating every detail and making the entire process seamless. The suite was stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, with sweeping views and every comfort imaginable. Every member of the staff we interacted with was gracious, professional, and genuine. The atmosphere throughout the hotel felt warm and luxurious without ever being pretentious. Dinner at the Lobby Lounge & RawBar was also fantastic — elegant but relaxed, with outstanding service and beautifully presented dishes. This was, without question, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The Fairmont Pacific Rim didn’t just provide a place to stay — they helped create a memory that my fiancée and I will cherish forever.

The hotel exudes sophistication and polish, and the service was truly exceptional—I felt completely taken care of throughout my stay. While the rooms are a bit dated, the overall experience was outstanding and among the best I’ve ever had.

The perfect ending for a girl weekend.
Hosted 2 of my good friends from Alberta this weekend. Vancouver is an incredible city to visit with lots of Xmas things to do. Our visit ended with a stay at the fairmont gold room. Perfect! Just elevates excellence.. nothing better than walking the city and ending with an evening at the Fairmont spa. Checkin, guest lounge, lobby drinks, amazing bedding, robes.. all fab! A real treat for my best pals and myself.
