I had a family-related issue that required special consideration by the on-site manager. He was so thoughtful and helpful. I sincerely appreciate the desk staff & manager for their understanding.

Stayed here prior to flying home from Vancouver. Rooms are large and very comfortable. The bed provided a great nights sleep. Wifi was fast and free. The bathroom was well laid out with a walk in shower with good water pressure. There is a coffee pod machine provided in the room. Breakfast was pretty good, with plenty of options. There is a nice bar area which is popular in the late afternoon. The staff were all very friendly and professional. This is probably the nicest airport hotel that i have ever stayed at, and the location can't be beaten as it located right in the terminal. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Overall, the location is convenient, as it’s situated right within the airport. It is on the pricier side, but we were comfortable with that. However, the service in the lounge was disappointing—the wait staff were not very attentive, and we repeatedly had to signal for assistance. We also had to flag someone down just to get our bill, and the server seemed distracted. The food quality did not meet expectations. The wings tasted freezer-burned, and the sauce was excessive for a finger food. The rooms themselves were comfortable, but the pillows were quite worn and in need of replacement. One notable inconvenience was the mini fridge setup. I had medications that required refrigeration, but because any use of the stocked fridge items triggers an additional charge, I couldn’t use it. It would be much more practical to simply provide an empty mini fridge for guest use. Breakfast was included in the room rate, but this was not clearly explained by the staff. We were left with the impression that only the food was covered and that we would need to pay the tax separately. The communication could have been much clearer, and the server came across as somewhat rude. Additionally, the egg white omelette I ordered was very greasy—I couldn’t finish it and ended up just eating the toast. I chose not to raise a complaint at the time. On a positive note, the rooms were quiet, the front desk staff were very helpful and polite, and the convenience of the location is a definite advantage. That said, given the price point, there is significant room for improvement.

Booked for one night to get a connection in the morning. Positives: Quick check-in, quiet and clean room, as well as having a soft comfortable bed. The room was absolutely fine. All interactions with the staff were pleasant. Negatives: I ordered room service (a club sandwich); which was terrible. I didn't finish it. The Bacon was tough, the Chicken was/is clearly bought in already cooked and reheated. The bread used was some basic white "government loaf" and not Sourdough as described. Also, there's a delivery fee of $6 and a 18% gratuity fee added on the bill; now that was clearly stated on the menu, but I have to write that having a delivery fee for room service is ridiculous. I also had breakfast early before my other flight with Harbour Air; now that was ok and I was allowed to modify my eggs benny, but it came with some old and shrivelled up baby potatoes that I did not touch. Now, would I stay here again? Absolutely. Would I eat here? No.
