Wonderful boutique hotel perfectly located and charming staff
This is a great hotel. It's very well located, cozy and clean. On top of that, the staff is wonderful. They go above and beyond to help. We were happy with our choice. Thank you for your hospitality and excellent customer service. We will be returning for sure.

Comfortable stay with pleasant staff
I have been exclusively staying at Hotel Le Soleil most months for the past half year. I prefer it for the room layout, bed comfort, and proximity to my downtown office. The staff are always very friendly. Parking is valet only but that’s alright with me! The adjacent Alouette Bistro restaurant is also well appointed with good food.

A truly lovely hotel...
We had a wonderful one night stay prior to a cruise. The hotel is classy, clean, and has wonderful, attentive staff. We had the pleasure of dealing with Angela during check-in and check-out. She was kind, courteous, and surprised us with an upgrade to the most beautiful suite with incredible views. We were very grateful and can't wait to return in the future. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Charming Hotel with Great Service and a Few Minor Hiccups
We really enjoyed our stay at this charming, characterful hotel. The building has a lot of personality, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, which added to the overall positive experience. The location is lovely, and the rooms were quiet, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable, and while there wasn’t a pillow selection, we still slept well. We also appreciated the small touches like complimentary water bottles, a coffee machine, a kettle, and quality amenities. Breakfast was very good though a bit on the pricey side. Valet parking is available, which was convenient for us. The only real downside was a lack of communication about local events. During our departure, we ran into unexpected road closures due to a marathon and ended up stuck in traffic for 45 minutes. A heads-up from the hotel would have helped us plan better. Overall, though, this is a lovely place to stay with great service and comfort. We'd definitely consider returning.

Romantic Get away
Friendly staff made us feel like very welcome guests . beautiful old world decor and wonderful dining experience. located downtown Vancouver easy walking distance to wonderful restaurants and shops. delux comfortable bed and lovely soaking tub
