Loved everything about this hotel: the design and decor of the suites, the gorgeous foyer and atmosphere of the hotel, the most wonderful housekeeping staff who were so friendly and helpful, the central location. I stayed for 10 days, would have been very happy to stay on.

Fantastic!
My friend and I stayed here from Friday-Saturday and had the best time!! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Karina, you’re the best! :) The location was perfect, a few minutes walking distance from the art gallery and many other attractions. Highly recommended!

Boutique hotel offers excellent services
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The property is centrally located within walking distance to most sights in downtown Vancouver. Be sure to have at least one meal at Alouette, the French restaurant that is attached to the hotel. The quality of service and food was excellent with cozy ambiance and down-to-earth atmosphere. Highly recommend this hotel!

Easy check-in and check-out with a very helpful front desk team. Parking was a bit tricky at first, but still accessible. Bonus points for partnering with L’Occitane for their toiletries—it definitely made the stay feel extra pampering! ✨

Maureen Vargas was very helpful and kind and the moment I walked into those doors I could already feel her kind presence. Whenever I had a question she’d always helped out and she always put a smile on her face even though sometimes my questions would be common sense. Such a sweet lady! Deserves a raise:)
