Fairmont Waterfront

Had an amazing few days at the Fairmont Waterfront. It’s ideally situated to explore Vancouver. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely go back there.

Thank you to the Fairmont Gold staff for a great stay! It was for our Daughter’s 7th birthday. A card and birthday cupcake greeted her upon our arrival ! What a great personal touch! The room was well kept and very clean. The staff were very attentive and professional. We look forward to our next stay at the Fairmont Waterfront.

We stayed here 1 night prior to a Rocky Mountaineer trip. BEST bed, best view, best lounge, best food, best staff, best EVERYTHING! Upgraded to Gold a couple of days before. The following morning, we had to transfer to the Pan Pacific, on their Pacific Club level as part of the RM package. If given the choice we would have stayed at the Waterfront! Don't fall for the hype of the Pan Pacific-Fairmont is the way to go! Loved it so much, we already booked 2 nights there after our Alaska cruise next June!

The main attraction for us was staying here as this was the starting point for an organised tour. Food was expensive and good, not great. Large room.

This magnificent, imposing hotel is right on the harbour where the cruise ships come in and we saw an awful lot of cruise ship passengers in the hotel. There was a problem with the room we were allocated so Francois (I think it was ) dealt with it superbly and allocated us a better room and I would like to commend him. Our room had a good view of the harbour and was spacious and comfortable. The hotel offered various activities too and I did a run at 6:30 one morning with a lovely, local lady which was very enjoyable. We ran along the harbour road and I then continued my run around Stanley Park (15km). The hotel is located in the centre of the city which is very convenient. A grand hotel in a lovely city in a superb country.
