Lovely boutique hotel
We enjoyed this quiet, very pretty hotel in downtown Vancouver. The desk staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was lovely and very quiet, in spite of the busy financial district location. The only thing that could use improvement is the noisy A/C, otherwise it was a perfect stay.

Exceptional stay, exceptional staff
The Loden Hotel is perfectly located in downtown Vancouver, steps away from the waterfront and shops, but cosy and intimate. Our room was spectacular, with views of mountain, sea and sky. The warmth and kindness of Irina, Stanislav, Graham and Samuel were especially appreciated. The staff go out of the way to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Highly recommended and would absolutely stay again.

As a regular traveller, this is a place I always look forward to getting back to. Rooms are well appointed and the staff always go above and beyond to ensure you are well looked after during your stay.

Wonderful hotel
We found The Loden to be an excellent hotel. The welcome from the staff on our arrival to departure was exceptional. Room was clean and spacious and bed with luxurious linens very comfortable. Nice touch to receive fresh lemon water each day and a little treat to have with our coffee from the machine in our room. Hotel is a perfect position for cruise terminal and Rocky Mountaineer pick ups with Canada place being a short walk away and not in the centre of the noise. An absolute pleasure to have stayed here, we felt completely relaxed
