It doesn’t get any better!
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the professional, guest-centric service. The rooms are well designed and ours had a great view. The Loden’s location is a pleasant walk to great restaurants, shopping, and exploring the Park and waterfront. Thank you to everyone who helped to create this wonderful anniversary memory for us!

The rooms are beautiful, luxurious and well appointed, not to mention the bed which is so wonderfully comfortable ! Service in all categories exceeds all expectations !!! Seriously this is a really superb hotel by all accounts!!

Awesome Boutique Hotel in Vancouver
My husband and I stayed at this wonderful boutique hotel in October 2025. It was clean and quiet, and conveniently located downtown. We walked to many destinations - including all our dinner spots. The hotel loaned us bikes for exploring further afield - the City is very bikeable! The front desk staff were professional yet friendly, and extremely helpful with advice and recommendations. I had a couple of special requests that were accommodated without fuss. The housekeeping staff kept our room nice and clean, and we appreciated the little touches that came with the turndown service (iced fruit water, chocolates etc).

Great country and people are right friendly buddy, i had two local ladies show me were the best bars and restaurants are and the location was genuinely great. I was concerned that they would try and you know.. lead me on, they were right up my ally as a man of principles I declined their invitations but if I would of right been happy with a quiet chat... you know

The 24 carat Downtown gem .....
What a great hotel this is! Set in a very convenient location, super comfortable and quiet but, more importantly, the reception and guest services staff, in particular, are simply wonderful. Unfortunately, our flights to Bella Coola were cancelled three times due to wildfires in the area and each time we returned to the sanctuary of the Loden. By the third check-in it felt like coming home! Restaurant recommendations were made only having established our preferences and we recognised that a great deal of time was taken in suggesting alternative activities for us during our previously unplanned days in the City. Their genuine concern and friendliness, combined with total professionalism, certainly eased our troubled minds!
