Loden Hotel Vancouver

The Loden hotel was such a great place to stay in the heart of Vancouver. David, Sarah and all of the staff made our visit personable, enjoyable and special. They were excited to offer us great recommendations - both for our trip and a future trip as well. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and it was fantastic. Bedding, turndown service and vibe of the hotel was great. The free bikes to cruise Stanley Park on a sunny day was a highlight.

The Loden is my home away from home. Everyone involved from the staff to management is focused on creating the most welcoming and warm experience for every guest. I have stayed here for the better part of 15 years exclusively and I've only seen improvements year after year. The facilities are impeccable and the food is amazing at Le Tableau. Every single member of the staff is a true and genuine lovely person who cares deeply for each guest, but especially make me feel like I am royalty. I can't understate that I believe the Loden is the finest hotel in North America. Thank you to everyone there.

This review is well overdue! Our first time in Vancouver and we could not have been happier with our choice to stay at the Loden. We based our decision on the excellent TripAdvisor reviews and can confirm that the Loden is truly worthy of all the high praise. The service here, lead by the charming concierge David is intuitive and genuinely warm. It is of the same exemplary standard you would expect to find in the very best European hotels. Nice touches like welcome macarons and and evening delivery of lemon water were greatly appreciated. The craft beer, cold and ready to drink for my partner's birthday was one of the many thoughtful extras. The Hotel's location is perfect for both leisure and business situated at a quiet end of the CBD but only a short walk to the waterfront of Granville Street shopping. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and immaculate. Valet service is prompt. Restaurant recommendations are considered and sound. Nothing seems too much trouble. Should we find ourselves in Vancouver again, we would not hesitate to stay at the Loden.

I couldn't have asked for more out of our one night stay. Every staff member that we came in contact with was kind and thoughtful. We utilized the bikes to get around town for a few hours and then enjoyed macaroons and sparkling juice that were bright up during turndown service as a treat for my daughter's birthday. She was delighted and felt spoiled. The in room amenities are awesome. I used the Nespresso to make espresso and tea. The Dyson hair dryer was a treat. And we found the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and were both pleased with both meals.

The most inviting Boutique Hotel. We were greeted so warmly and our luggage was stored until our room was ready. Very clean room with the mist up to date amenities. They made my granddaughter’s 21st Birthday so special with a note and champagne. I highly recommend this hotel.
