Every metropolis has one - that one neighborhood that seems to pulsate with an extra vibrant intensity. New York has SoHo. Paris has the Left Bank. London has Kensington. And Vancouver has Yaletown. Guest rooms are high design, high fashion and sure to impress. Bold colors offer a stay you will never forget. Featuring deluxe spa-bathrooms, executive business desks, modern furniture and floor-to-ceiling windows, you will want to book your next stay at check-out. Perfectly situated a short drive from from the cruise ship terminal, adjacent to the sea-wall, Stanley Park, Granville Island and surrounded by the city's best restaurants and shops, OPUS is more than somewhere to stay, it is somewhere to be. While you are here, enjoy our brand new New York style pizzeria, Capo. Casual, fun, energetic dinning that will have you dreaming of the best wood-oven pizza in the morning. The Spritz, our cozy new 22-seat cocktail bar, will be the perfect start or end of your day.

This is a great hotel! The service and location were both excellent! We had our dog and he was made to feel right at home. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Vancouver. We give the Opus the highest recommendation

Loved our 2 night stay here! The hotel is perfectly located steps from the Canada Line - a short & direct ride from the airport and 2 stops from Waterfront (Gastown & cruise port). Rooms were quiet (we had a courtyard room), clean and spacious. We especially appreciated the complimentary e-bikes to explore Stanley Park. Special shout out to Austin at the front desk who gave us great touring advice & showed us how to use the e-bikes! We definitely recommend a stay here.

Nice modern hotel with professional and attentive staff. The rooms are modern, and perhaps a bit small, but very comfortable overall. The hotel restaurant is very good and the location is excellent. We especially enjoyed the bedding which was new and very soft/high quality. The glass of rose on check in was a nice touch!

We live in langley and come to vancouver 3 to 4 times a year for concerts or just to get away and the only place we stay is the opus. It is second to none ! From the extremely great/friendly/over and above staff to the beutiful rooms and location there is nothing that beats it and no better place to stay . Could go on and on about the place, its truly amazing ! If you've never been... go

It is so rare to find an independent hotel anymore, or a true boutique property. Opus is both and a great place to stay in Vancouver. Because it is not part of a huge conglomerate, the staff is extremely personable and you get a real boutique vibe - with intimate spaces, quirky design, and staff that remembers your name. Here are my notes:
• trendy, upscale Yaletown neighborhood - walkable to the best restaurants, music venues, and sports arenas.
• public transportation (including subway to airport) at doorstep
• very good value
• Signature Amenities include transfer to cruise port
• modern aesthetic, but rooms need just a tiny bit of an update
• breakfast menu is a bit sparse but tasty with excellent service

My husband and I selected a weekend in Vancouver at the Opus Hotel. With the hotel's Mercedes available to take us about the city, it was a total delight. The suite was well appointed, quiet and relaxing. The hotel restaurant provided delightful French bistro food, the bar in the lobby was eclectic and the staff was always available to assist and be helpful. We plan to return to Vancouver next summer and stay at the Opus again.
