Incredible! Beatriz and Kaveh were so incredibly kind and helpful! Totally a wonderful experience and where I’d stay again my next visit.

I would like to pass on my recent experience at the Opus Hotel and in particular how well I was the treated my Scott the Operations Manager during my visit. From the moment my Uber driver dropped me off Scott greeted me on the curb, grabbed my luggage and had me checked in within minutes to suggesting a happy hour visit to the lounge my first day was delightful. The next day Scott set me up with a bike and directions to the seawall and lunch suggestions in Stanley Park. That evening Scott arranged a dinner reservation in Yaletown within walking distance and as a result did not require any further use of a taxi or ride share. Thanks again for a great stay and a wonderful experience at the Opus Hotel - hope Scott is working next time I visit !!

What a beauty this place is! For context, we recently stayed 2 nights in the Secret Garden room while staying in Vancouver as part of a 50th bday celebration for my wife. When I say that the customer service at this hotel is by far the best we have ever experienced, please believe us. From the set up of the stay, to ensuring we had the best time while we were there, Natasha and Scott went out of their way to make sure we were treated like royalty. You know you are in for a perfect stay when you show up at 8:30am and you are offered glasses of sparkling rose as a welcoming gift. Once we got into the room there were a few surprises left to help celebrate the milestone birthday. The room was excellent, as was the secret garden area where we spent plenty of time enjoying the vibe over a few glasses of wine and bubbly. We had lunch on the patio at the in-hotel resto - Capo. The sourdough pizza was to die for! As were the beautifully mixed Caesar’s from the bartender. I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel while they are in Vancouver; you are sure to be treated like they appreciate your business and not like they take you for granted as is so often the case these days. Thank you again Natasha and Scott, you are both an asset to the OPUS brand.

This is a extremely quaint, boutique hotel. Across the street from the Sky Train , so extremely accessible and within walking distance to really cool shops and GREAT restaurants, including the one in the lobby. Tours pick you up right in front of the hotel

I love the vibe at this hotel. I stay here whenever we have events in the city so I don’t have to drive home to the valley. The staff is absolutely fabulous! I have never had a bad experience and they make you feel like a long lost friend when you return.

It is so rare to find an independent hotel anymore, or a true boutique property. Opus is both and a great place to stay in Vancouver. Because it is not part of a huge conglomerate, the staff is extremely personable and you get a real boutique vibe - with intimate spaces, quirky design, and staff that remembers your name. Here are my notes:
• trendy, upscale Yaletown neighborhood - walkable to the best restaurants, music venues, and sports arenas.
• public transportation (including subway to airport) at doorstep
• very good value
• Signature Amenities include transfer to cruise port
• modern aesthetic, but rooms need just a tiny bit of an update
• breakfast menu is a bit sparse but tasty with excellent service

My husband and I selected a weekend in Vancouver at the Opus Hotel. With the hotel's Mercedes available to take us about the city, it was a total delight. The suite was well appointed, quiet and relaxing. The hotel restaurant provided delightful French bistro food, the bar in the lobby was eclectic and the staff was always available to assist and be helpful. We plan to return to Vancouver next summer and stay at the Opus again.
