Always excellent service at this hotel. Benjamin checked us in at the front counter and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Rooms are always very clean and quiet. We will definitely be back.

Service makes this hotel amazing!
Stayed in a Pacific Club room and the service in the club is amazing. In particular Pravin has always been friendly, proactive and full of information that has helped us make our stay in Vancouver even better. The servers in Coal Harbour Bar were also amazing, and having seen the badges they wear, deserve the raise they are fighting for.

Great way to start our cruise vacation!
We enjoyed two peaceful and relaxing nights at the Pan Pacific! Our wonderful experience started with Purion at the front desk who assured we had the perfect room for our stay and helped secure our luggage. This was greatly appreciated because we checked in several hours early. Additionally, the hotel is beautiful and has terrific views. And, it was especially convenient to have the bell staff transfer our luggage directly from our room to the cruise ship. We are looking forward to returning to the Pan Pacific as soon as possible!
