Disappointing , not recommended
Disappointing, 500$ room not ready at 15:00 , was supposed to texted when ready never happened , coffee machine no coffee worst , no gel when i got in the shower Not recommanded

Perfectly placed for joining cruises
Great hotel, We only stayed one night before a cruise but found the hotel clean, tidy and well placed in downtown Vancouver. Perfect for joining a cruise.

The only hotel we stay at in Vancouver
Last time I stayed at this hotel was 15 years ago and when we decided to return to Canada it was the first booking we made! The location is fantastic and the views from the rooms across Coal Harbour are beautiful. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are spacious. We were greeted by super friendly and professional staff. We are so glad we returned and look forward to returning again in the future.
