Good options for views and city location
We stayed for 2 nights just after Christmas. We spent the first night in a double room on the 9th floor, which was in desperate need of remodel/upgrade as the furniture was worn out, the style felt dated, and the mattresses were sagging. For our second night we were able to move to a room on the 23rd floor that had been recently renovated. Overall, the room that had been upgraded was far superior, with a much more comfortable mattress and nicer linens. There is some construction going on at the hotel while they renovate the rooms but overall we didn’t hear or notice anything. The pool and spa area on the 8th floor have outstanding views and we enjoyed sitting in the spa. The pool was plenty warm for winter use and the kids had a wonderful time. The pool area would likely be busier in summer but in December we rarely had to share.

Noisy construction. Hotel undergoing remodel or repairs. Switched rooms. No cold water in bathroom sink in second room.
Undisclosed construction inside hotel. Very loud jackhammer like noise. No cold water in sink after switching rooms.

A Hotel that offered great service
We had a great time at the Pan Pacific Hotel Vancouver. Our stay was perfect and the room are extremely clean. The product the hotel offered is better than comparable competitors. Their check in service was quick and detailed oriented. Thank you Pan Pacific Hotel Vancouver.

Awesome!
I got great service from valet to check in. Sam at front desk really made it smooth and gave some insights of the area. Our room was exceptional.
