Pan Pacific Vancouver

Hotel is within the conference centre and where the passengers for cruise ships embark & disembark so its can be very busy. Check in was ok! The staff member checking us in stated 3 times the length of our stay and that our tour operator had requested a room on a high level. She’d also taken our email address which was needed to set up the free wifi and when trying to do this we had issues. It turned out she’d spelt our surname and email address incorrectly! Room was nice, had a great view of the harbour and mountains & overlooked the pool. There were 2 small windows that could be opened to let fresh air in which was fine so long as the pool was closed, otherwise very noisy. Comfortable bed, iron & board, safe and bathroom with separate toilet. There was nowhere next to the one side of the bed to plug anything in, we even tried to pull the bed out to see where the lamp was plugged in, but couldn’t find the outlet, but did find a lot of dust! Good location for getting out and about, there was a restaurant in the hotel which we didn’t use, but did go for breakfast in the food court which can be accessed from the ground floor.

We arrived late and still were greeted like we were old friends. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. We were surprised to get upgraded to a suite and WOW that was a great surprise. The suite was the best hotel room we had ever stayed, and it was perfect. This is a fantastic hotel and the location was perfect as we were there to cruise to Alaska. We stayed a couple of nights at the Pan Pacific and it was very enjoyable. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in an excellent location and very clean.

This is a fantastic hotel in a great location for restaurants, shopping and transit. We stayed in Vancouver for four days - three nights, as we came over from Toronto to see a FIFA World Cup match. The hotel has everything you need, whether on a quick city visit, or on a family vacation you won’t be disappointed. It has, a fitness centre, and outdoor pool, several restaurants and conference rooms and an integrated car park that can be utilized throughout your stay. If you’re not driving, that’s not a problem as the subway is just 2mins walk away from the hotel. My family and I stayed in the Club Pacific level with access to the club lounge which was excellent and fully equipped with an array of drinks and snacks throughout the day. It also provided an amazing high-end breakfast which was different every day - all supported by very professional and polite staff. We loved the FIFA match and Vancouver, but the hotel really made our stay! Well done to the management!

Everything was smooth and easy getting on ur Disney Alaskan cruise. They took the stress out of everything with breakfast, a great view as our ship arrived, and then taking care of our luggage. I will stay here every time!
