We stayed at this hotel for one night before our Alaska cruise, and it was perfect! Clean, upscale, comfortable, roomy - with great views of the city and port! The best convenience was Bell Services taking our luggage directly to the ship in the morning! The location was also next to the pier with lots of dining choices as well as a food court. The restaurant looked great but we chose to eat outside on the pier. And for our family as first-time cruisers, nothing beat the excitement of seeing our ship as it docked next to the hotel!

Staying at the Pan Pacific was a highlight of our trip in Canada! They were so friendly and kind enough to give us an early check in after a long overnight flight! The rooms are fabulous and the view over Vancouver bay was absolutely delightful We wouldn’t stay anywhere else

We stayed at the Pan Pacific for two nights prior to the start of our Alaskan cruise. The hotel is attached to the cruise port terminal. We stayed in a Pacific Club Harbour Room on the 23 floor. This is also the floor where the Club Lounge is located. The room had a wonderful view of the harbor, and we had ample space for the two of us. We arrived early in the evening, after taking the SkyTrain from the airport. After walking a few blocks with our luggage from the Canada Place terminal, we arrived. The lobby wasn’t busy so it didn't take long to check-in. We took our own luggage to the room, since there weren’t any porters available. We missed the complimentary d'oeuvres for the evening and decided to explore the surrounding area. The hotel is located conveniently close to bars, restaurants and Stanley Park. We ended our evening at the Coal Harbour Bar. The atmosphere was nice, service was slow. We had a couple of beers and shared the ‘’nduja pork flatbread, which we really didn’t enjoy, since it was too greasy. It was more than enough, but we only ate one slice. Breakfast in the morning in the club lounge was wonderful. Very fresh and well stocked. We spent the day exploring the city and walking to Stanley Park. Beautiful city to explore and very walkable from the hotel. Evening d’oeuvres in the lounge were also great with a great variety to choose from. After breakfast the next morning, we relaxed a bit in the room, and called to have our luggage taken to the cruise ship. The hotel porter arrived within minutes, which made embarkation day stress free! Not sure if was worth the cost, but it is a convenient hotel to stay at prior to a cruise.

Smooth exerience. Iker greeeted us as soon as we walked in to take our bags. Loved his energy and banter which made us feel at home. Bags brough to the room smoothly and we did not get to thank him. Hotel location is great for our cruise walking distance to food some places close earlier. We appreciate the convienency of the luggage transfer. We greatly appreciate the upgrade city view room. Luckily Iker was the one to greet us and then take our bags at the end of our trip making a very welcoming and lovley depart.
