Iker was the wonderful gentlemen who took our luggage to be checked in for our cruise. Very friendly and informative!!! Stay here has been wonderful, they've thought of everything to help make onboarding the cruise easy

We just want to thank bellman Iker for his wonderful service and personality. He collected our bags for our cruise and put us at ease that they’d arrive safely. Thank you again Iker!

We stayed in this hotel for one night prior to our Alaskan cruise having booked a cruise package that included a harbour view room, breakfast and a “luggage transfer service.” Our room was over $1200 CAD (£700) The location was great, the room itself had the expected amenities with a great view. The cruise transfer service was good and the check in process to the cruise was seamless. I feel however the package is significantly overpriced and does not deliver on what is stated. Despite being included in the package the transfer service is immediately stated to you on check in as being gratuity based ( not stated on the website- it’s presented as if it’s included). The breakfast is poor for the price and level of the hotel with limited options of hot food, limited fresh fruit and stale bread. What did the package give us exactly other than a poor breakfast for such a price- we may as well have booked a standard room and paid the gratuity for the transfer. In future I’d look at other hotels that offer luggage transfer.

We were at this wonderful hotel June 28, 2025 - July 6, 2025. The employees were all so nice. The hotel room was perfect. The view from our room was breath taking. The coffee was great. And employee, Benjamin, helped us with something I did wrong when getting our room. The location was perfect for getting the day trips I had planned when staying there. I have been telling all my friends and family members, if you want to got to Vancouver stay in Pan Pacific! Thank you for all you do.

Everything, from the original booking to check out, was top-notch! I originally booked online, then saw an offer for a Harbor View Club Room, so I contacted the hotel to change our reservation. I received an almost immediate response from Arvin dela Rosa, who was a great help to me in making the changes. When I mentioned that our trip was partially in celebration of my husband's birthday, he made a note of that as well. When we arrived and walked into the ground-level doors, we were greeted, offered assistance, and directed to the lobby level for check-in. The reservation agents were friendly and professional. Since we arrived at the hotel before our check-in time, we were given our keys and encouraged to visit the Pacific Club for refreshments and a place to rest after a long morning of travel... what a blessing! Our room was ready fairly soon after, and our luggage was also brought up quickly. We were greatly impressed upon entering the room. Some Google reviews mentioned the hotel being "dated," but I didn't notice that at all. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and our view was AMAZING! Due to the hotel's location, we were able to spend the afternoon walking around - the shops and marina area immediately adjacent were great for a stroll and spending time watching the seaplanes. Gastown was also a short walk away, and we enjoyed seeing the steam clock. That evening, we returned to our room to find a treat from Arvin...He definitely went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Each visit to the Pacific Club was a treat - everyone we met there was so nice and helpful. A plus was that we were also able to check out there on Sunday morning before our cruise. I wish I had made note of everyone's names so I could recognize them here. (We were there June 7 and checked out the next morning, so hopefully, hotel management can pass this along!) Another HUGE plus is the hotel's location on top of the cruise terminal. They offer luggage delivery, so all we had to do was hop on the elevator and head to the cruise check-in. When I booked this hotel, I considered it a "one-time splurge," but now I know we will be back, as we have booked another Alaskan cruise for next year. Yes, the rooms are pricey, but they also have great specials throughout the year. And the saying, "You get what you pay for," is true - we paid for excellence and feel we received it.
