Pan Pacific Vancouver

We had a cruise on a Saturday to Alaska on Holland America so we arrived in Vancouver on a thursday night at Pan Pacific and the guy who checked us in at the front desk named Keanu was so very helpful. We asked him what would be the best way to see most of Vancouver in one day Friday and he suggested the Go Bus which ended up being an excellent choice thanks Keanu. Also Phil was the bell hop who delivered out bags to the cruise ship for us saturday morning. Thanks Phil for getting our bags there safely made the check in process much easier just taking our carry ons. I also recommend getting the pan pacific club room because it comes with access to the 23rd floor where you can get drinks and snacks and hor deurves each day and also breakfast. The best part of the hotel is the view. Ask for a room on the 22nd floor because their is a stair case that goes from the 22nd to 23rd floor and gives you easy access to the pan pacific club. The only downside to the hotel is the elevators are very slow and very small. They did give us a free breakfast for the lobby oceans but it wasnt that great. Everything is in walking distance. And we enjoyed drinks and dinner at the cactus club the night befor our cruise. Also make sure to go to the vancouver aquarium it was awesome. Just take the go bus to stanley park and you can walk from there to the aquarium.

Lovely hotel. We received a complimentary upgraded to an absolutely fantastic room. Thank you Danita and Amer for making our stay the best!

Staff was very nice but rooms were pretty outdated. Next to the convention center. One day during peak time for conventioneers 3 of the 4 elevators were not operational.

This is a big beautiful place. Perfect location and scenery Room was set out differently than most however. Spacious, comfortable and a good view

Outstanding 4 days at Pan Pacific. We didn’t like the room we were first assigned so the bellman (ilgar) worked quickly with the other staff to find us a room. He went above and beyond, taking us through the service elevator as 2 of the 4 elevators were shut down for unscheduled maintenance and the wait times were long. He was solely focused on getting us into a room we liked. We loved the club level room and breakfast as well as the ability to pop into the club lounge anytime for a snack or drink. All of the staff were very nice and very helpful.
