Great location, pool is awesome. Very clean and updated but lacked plugs in room. Very expensive services.

Room Cleanliness
We booked two rooms for the night of March 21, 2026. The Front Desk person who checked us in was really nice. When we went in to one of the rooms, we opened the refrigerator to put the soda and water that we bought but there was a left over food inside the refrigerator. This was called in to the Front Desk/Housekeeping department. Soon after that, we went out to tour the city and we came back late in the evening but the left over food was still inside the refrigerator, no one came up to pickup and clean the refrigerator as would have been expected.

3 day stopover and single night stays
The Pan Pacific is everything you could want just around the corner from the waterfront station and next door to the cruise terminal, the rooms are exceptional , clean super comfy beds and great layout we had two beds in our room and I still had enough room to leave my suitcase in a open position thanks Ron and Sam who assisted us with and questions we had.Looking forward to our next stay.

Location! Clean! Friendly! VIEWS! Pool!
Friendly staff, special thank you to Mamani & Rei who were patient and very helpful during check in and making sure our family was near one another. The rooms are clean and EXCELLENT views of the city or bay. Additionally the pool is heated to perfection with an exquisite views. Right outside you can catch tours and beneath the hotel is a food court!!! Great for families!
