Pan Pacific Vancouver

We visited Vancouver prior to boarding a cruise ship for Alaska. This hotel had been recommended to us and we are very happy we stayed there. The hotel itself is beautiful, service was great, the view of the harbor was incredible! And we loved that the cruise ship terminal was right next door. The hotel is also close to sightseeing shuttle drop offs, and many restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed eating at the Coal Harbor Bar and Grill inside the hotel. One of the most helpful things was one of the bellhops, Iker, took the time to explain to us just how our luggage was going to be handled as they transferred it to the cruise ship. He was so informative and accommodating. Not to mention very friendly. The room was clean and spacious and looked out over the harbor. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at the Pan Pacific in Vancouver. From room cleanliness to the service we provided from the bell men, we couldn’t have had a better time. Everyone was so lovely. I had the pleasure to speak with our housekeeper, Nadia, who did such an amazing job for the 3 days that we stayed. We also spoke with Iker from bell service. He was very happy to help us with our luggage and had a smile on his face the entire time. Lovely Staff and lovely hotel.

I cannot put into words how wonderful our stay was. We were celebrating my son’s 10th birthday with an upcoming cruise with the hopes of seeing whales, which he has loved since he was a baby. The staff went above and beyond taking care of my family by upgrading us to a connected suite with my in-laws, folded towel sea creatures, an activity pack for the kids, and even a cake with whales on it among other special touches. We were so touched by everyone’s kindness from the manager to the front desk staff and would be so happy to stay there again. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our stay so special!

Great location if you are taking a cruise because it is right above the cruise terminal! Also ideal for exploring Vancouver. Rooms were large and nicely furnished although a little on the dated side. Service at reception was very good. The biggest breakfast was a bit disappointing - a very limited choice and no apparent option for fresh eggs (at least nothing offered). Otherwise a gr at stay.

Overall, I’d rate my stay 4/5. The location and atmosphere were great, but the room felt overpriced for what it offered — there was noticeable dust in several areas. Breakfast at the Pan Pacific Lounge could be improved, as the choices were quite limited. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and a wider breakfast selection, the experience could easily be 5/5.
