This is our third visit here, so we chose this hotel because it is exactly what we wanted. The room was clean, modern and well appointed. The bed linen is of the highest quality and one feels it when climbing into bed, for a good night's sleep. The service from the Pacific Club team was faultless. Always on hand, but never invasive. A haven of tranquility above the busy city.

Came to Vancouver to meet our family for ski trip to Whistler and found the Pan Pacific was a great choice due to its location and amenities. Service was very good. Iker at the ground level and greeting area was exceptionally helpful and friendly!
