Will Lin was very helpful during our stay. I had a dental emergency and he help me secure an urgent appointment with a near by dentist. He saw I was in distress and helped me with storing my luggage as well. He went above and beyond and I am very thankful for all his help.

O my! Concierge William at Pan Pacific in Vancouver is an over the top helper in carrying for so many specifics & details helping in making our time at the hotel and in Vancouver exceeding delightful. We took his recommendations for dining and enjoyed the good food, restaurant ambience and being in the city with local citizens. He also knows his technology which really helped us who struggle with it! He has really fast plucking fingers! So pleased to write this endorsement! Tauck Tour tourists!

Phenomenal hotel with an even better location. Waterfront and central to all the highlights of Vancouver that it has to offer. Walk to your cruise ship, pick up the hop on hop off big bus at your front door or just sit outside and take in the gorgeous sites. Look no further. The Pan-American has everything you need. Pravin Exceptional Service
Pravin went over and beyond. He advised the lounge chef of my companions dietary needs and they were able to prepare special dishes for my guests. Also, I unknowingly forgot my business cards…..he was kind enough to make copies of my card for me…saving the day! He is an asset to your company and deserves special recognition for all his efforts.
