Pan Pacific Vancouver

The hotel is growing a bit tired. Still beautiful in many aspects and our room had a wonderful view but things just need a good overhaul to either clean better or replace. This was still decent even if not at the standards it once was. Beds were comfy and clean.

Rooms were okay, maid service was excellent and Benjamin at the front desk was outstanding accommodating a fairly complicated check-in. On the negative side, broken escalators and a terrible sewage smell everyday when entering the hotel.

Always amazing to stay at the Pan Pacific Waterfront. Service, smiles and convenience.

This is our third visit here, so we chose this hotel because it is exactly what we wanted. The room was clean, modern and well appointed. The bed linen is of the highest quality and one feels it when climbing into bed, for a good night's sleep. The service from the Pacific Club team was faultless. Always on hand, but never invasive. A haven of tranquility above the busy city.
