Bringing the flavor of traditional Europe to one of North America's most beautiful cities, The Sutton Place Hotel Vancouver, in British Columbia's elegant main metropolis, has perfected the fine art of attention to detail. From the signature river stone massage offered in Le Spa to downtown limousine service and luxuriously appointed accommodations, no need is too small and no request goes unfulfilled. No wonder Fodor's described it as offering the ambience of "an exclusive European guest house."

On arrival the doorman were very polite and welcoming as was the receptionist. Our room was perfect with everything we needed. We required some help with travel arrangements. We went to the concierge desk and spoke to Sergio who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us with our query, making several phone calls on our behalf. We managed to get sorted and let him know, he was so pleased. 😊 Thankyou to everyone who has made our stay here so special. Dave and Kay Aitken

We stayed at Sutton Place for 2 nights prior an Alaska cruise and 1 night on our return. What a beautiful hotel with an opulent reception and grand bedrooms with fabulous beds and luxiurious fixtures and fittings. The bathroom was lavish and had L'Occitane toiletries a surprise treat. The staff were extremely helpful especially the conciege who gave us great advice about where to visit and even provided discount vouchers for Capilano suspension bridge which is a great place to visit. We did not eat at the hotel as there are so many places to eat across Vancouver. We had a lovely time sightseeing. As a person who has travelled all over the world I would highly recommend this superb hotel. One final note I would like to mention the doormen were very professional and extremely polite and courteous as they often do not get the appreciation they deserve. Thank you Sutton Place. I hope to return one day.

Lovely hotel with great views from 17th floor , room was lovely clean and fresh large bathroom with walk in shower mini bar etc etc ,what you would expect from a 5* hotel , there’s a spa and a pool as well as a coffee shop and a Michelin starred restaurant on the ground floor, there is a buffet breakfast which I thought was a bit overpriced the hotel is situated in a very vibrant part of the city with lots of shops pubs restaurants ,great location for a short stay

The hotel was beautiful, the staff very nice and helpful. The bed and pillows were luxurious. We did have leftover soap in the bathroom, so the sent housekeeping in the clean the entire bathroom. The restaurant food was perfect.

Plenty of towels, nice shower, safe in the room, also an iron and ironing board. There are several places to eat nearby. friendly and very helpful staff. very nice room. There are 3 washers and dryers on the premises for guests at a reasonable charge. The pool and hot tub were nice. FYI: There were a few things that are not uncommon in high end hotels in a city. The in room drinks and snacks are very expensive. The refrigerator only had room for the hotel's drinks that you have to purchase to drink them. No free in room coffee. No microwave. It was still a great hotel in a good location.

We stayed 5 nights at the Sutton Place Vancouver. The suite was very nice and the staff very professional. Spa treatments were very good. Afternoon tea, which was included in the package, was wonderful. Although we typically do not eat at hotel restaurants, the package included dinner and it too was excellent. It doesn’t get much better than Sutton Place.
