An unexpected downtown city gem.
Unexpected mid-vacation relocation from Granville area B&B property mid-trip. What a find! Booked through bookings.com without any issues. Conveniently located near the Bullard train station or take advantage of the “standing taxi” in the front entrance. With walking distance to many highly reviewed restaurants, including Italian Kitchen (directly across the street). If you’re ever in town and need a place to rest your head, this property should be considered. Definite repeat visit intended. Thanks for your hospitality.

Great experience at the Sutton Place
Extremely pleased with our recent stay at The Sutton Place Vancouver. Our initial room was not exactly what we had reserved but the front desk agent worked diligently to provide a wonderful alternative. The downtown location is excellent and the renovated rooms are wonderful, very comfortable bed, a large separate seating area and beautiful bathroom with a separate tub and shower (we were in an executive suite). Nice pool area and gym and check-in / out was seamless. Would highly recommend for a downtown stay in Vancouver!

Safe location in good walking distance to connections and key sights
My son and I booked here to stay whilst we went and visiting the City and going to the Ice Hockey. The Hotel is really well located and the room was very good, plenty of space and all amenities. It was mid range price wise but felt safe which was good. There is traffic noise when at the front but it did not bother us. The staff are very helpful. The gym was small but good.

Elegant and convenient
An excellent breakfast was beautifully presented. We had the avacado toast and the regular breakfast off the menu. The room had a fantastic view. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for shopping, walking, restaurants and there's even a movie theater across the street. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The only issue we had was that we couldn't get an Uber out front. We ended up taking cabs, that were always available just off the lobby. All the staff were dealt with were professional and pleasant.

Boutique Experience in the City
Lovely hotel - 5 star experience. Rooms are big with nice bathrooms. Lobby is beautiful. Oyster bar and back bar are great too. Vida spa is amazing and right in the building

We stayed 5 nights at the Sutton Place Vancouver. The suite was very nice and the staff very professional. Spa treatments were very good. Afternoon tea, which was included in the package, was wonderful. Although we typically do not eat at hotel restaurants, the package included dinner and it too was excellent. It doesn’t get much better than Sutton Place.
