Warwick Le Lagon - Vanuatu

Good location and beautiful resort, however looking tired. Vegetarian meal very limited, and not prepared to do anything extra.

Very average resort for the amount of money you pay. We stayed at the Warwick for a week with family and our toddler. Pros: - The pools are beautiful and maintained. There are 3 main pools win the resort and one was a kid pool. It was perfect for our toddler to swim and stand up in. - The gardens and landscape look beautiful and maintained. - room sizes are great especially for families. Cons: - Rooms are outdated and not maintained. Our aircon in our room leaked water for the whole week and we had maintenance visit our room three time to “fix” the issue. We had to settle for towels on the floor which was extremely slippery. - Shower was full of mould. See photos - Housekeeping is useless. We called housekeeping 4 times to ask for pillows and never received them. - kids club is terrible and needs to be updated. We took our toddler for a play in the playground and a play in kids club. The play equipment is safety issue especially with exposed rusted metal and generally unsafe. We didn’t allow our toddler to play because of the safety standard. - The food is below average. We decided to eat at local restaurants as the food was not good

We recently stayed at the Warwick Le Lagon and there were definitely some highlights, as well as a few things future guests should be aware of. The Good: The resort itself is beautiful — the grounds are lush and well kept, and the pools are lovely. It really does feel like a tropical escape. The staff were consistently warm, friendly and helpful, and they made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The housekeeping team also did a good job. Our room was cleaned well each day, and they were always polite and efficient. The Not-So-Good: The restaurants were quite average in terms of quality, especially considering the prices. We often felt the food didn’t match the cost. The rooms are also quite dated and could really benefit from some updating. They’re clean, but definitely showing their age. The Wi-Fi situation was also very disappointing. It barely worked in the rooms, and we often had to leave our room entirely just to connect. Some areas of the resort had no usable signal at all. The best and most reliable Wi-Fi was in the lobby. Even mobile roaming was hit-and-miss. Important Warning for Families: If you’re travelling with children, I strongly recommend inspecting the Kids Club before planning to use it. I was really disappointed and concerned by the state it was in. There were building materials lying around, broken equipment, plastic toys with sharp edges, and the climbing area had disintegrating foam around metal bars. The netting on parts of the climbing structure was no longer attached, and the whole space felt dirty and poorly maintained. I didn’t feel comfortable at all with the idea of leaving my child there.

We had a wonderful stay at Warwick Le Lagon Vanuatu! The resort is absolutely beautiful — clean, tropical, and so peaceful. The pool bar service was excellent, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating — nothing was ever too much trouble. We enjoyed the Italian buffet on our first night and the teppanyaki dinner on our second, and both were absolutely fabulous. It was the perfect getaway spot — relaxing atmosphere, great food, and amazing service all around. Highly recommend!

Warwick Le Lagon Vanuatu is a perfect place to spend time with family. Very relaxing, great water activities, beautiful pools, delicious food, and friendly staff. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
