Warwick Le Lagon - Vanuatu

The Department of Communications and Digital Transformation and CTO in partnership through the vanuatu government hosted the Digital Road show for 3 days. Warwick hospitality was outstanding their reliability has been topnotch. The food was great and in case anybody wishes to host any big meetings warwick is the best..highly recommend their venues. The staffs were friendly and always attentive to your request. Thank you Mr Rajeeba Lochan for assistance with your team throughout the meetings.

We attended a 3 day conference hosted at the Warwick Resort. The conference area was spacious with nice cool air condition and delicious morning and afternoon tea provided which included the tasty Tanna Coffee. Lunch at the restaurant area was enjoyable as well. Enjoyed the experience. Would like to Thank Mr Rajeeba L for good hospitality and customer service .

We tried the out the 2 restaurants on consecutive nights. Highly rate the Teppanyaki at Gingers. Friendly staff, good selection and very tasty. Santo eye fillet and will go back again just to have that again. Second night we tried the BBQ buffet and were really disappointed. Salad choices were a let down, the chicken pieces were big and dry, fish overcooked and dry and the steak was inedible. Dessert was OK, but not a huge variety. I hope your team of chefs take this constructive feedback on board.

The location is great. Most of the accomadation has wonderful views of the lagoon. The pools (3) are big / plenty of sitting. The buffet breakfast was only just passable. We only ate at the hotel once for dinner- also just passable. So overall the food was very disappointing. Staff- not the friendliest or attentive. WiFi- we were unable to get in our room.

We celebrated a very significant birthday in January at the Warwick. It was such a great choice for our family of three. We stayed in an over water villa which was such a beautiful experience and I highly recommend. Very spacious and modern, breathtaking views, comfortable beds! Breakfast buffet was easy, reliable and had good vegetarian options for us, and Wild Ginger was great too. The ladies at Kids Club were so lovely and my son loved playing with the other guests. The pools were amazing - great temperatures, lots of variety, different depths and a swim up bar! We hired our own car and there was plenty of parking (free!) so that was also fabulous. We will absolutely be back. Vanuatu is a favourite of ours, and Warwick is a great home away from home!
