Warwick Le Lagon - Vanuatu

Stunning location, large nicely spread out resort. You definitely get the feeling of space and privacy if you want it. The facilities are good with heaps of water sports options. We particularly enjoyed lounging in the numerous hammocks that are available. The staff are lovely, very kind, friendly and helpful. The restaurant buffet food could do with a refresh, it’s average at best, but probably pretty standard for that kind of option. There is a good selection available though. The fire show was incredible, best I’ve ever seen! And the cocktails are yummy.

Had the best time. The resort location was great with beautiful view. the environment was splendid. Staff, kitchen staff, refreshments and lunch was very delicious. Prepared and serve with love. Yummy foods are being served by the two most Mr Rajeeba & Chef Sing who are very kind and working very hard and to the best of there ability. We had wonderful time with Warwick le lagoon. Firstly, the location looking over the lagon is stunning! Our rooms were clean and tidy, although slightly used. The overall resort was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was delicious. There were a few things that the resort could do however. The pool bar was always understaffed, with only one person on the bar while a big queue of us were waiting to be served. After waiting approx 20 minutes, the only staff member then had to leave the bar as she had ran out of ice AND clean glasses. I gave up at this point, and just went back and got a drink from the hotel. Likewise, dirty dishes and glasses were left by the poolside for extended periods of time (I was out by the pool for an hour before anyone cleaned it up) - while there were two staff members hanging out by the towel hut. It just made sitting by the pool unappealing. Service overall from the front desk to bars to main restaurant was just overall very slow. We didn't have children with us, but it looked like a good family option. If I were to go back to Vanuatu, I would stay at Erakor Island Resort instead of here.

First time in Vanuatu and what an amazing experience it has been! We had such a wonderful week enjoying the beautiful views, warm hospitality and exceptional service. A special thank you to the chefs, especially Mr Singh, for going above and beyond to cater to our needs. Your kindness and attention made our stay even more special. It’s such a beautiful, family-friendly place, and we would definitely bring the family back again. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway! 🌺🏝️
