I visited the place once and it was really amazing. I loved the service, the spa was more than amazing. There was an amazing girl, very nice and friendly, she helped me with everything (chocolate girl). Yesika from entertainment team🍫🍫🍫😀👍

One of the worst experiences I've had in Cuba. Constantly changing where to eat....we never knew where breakfast lunch or dinner was going to be. Food lacking very much even for Cuba. On the weekend my husband's swimsuit was stolen along with my 3 piece suit and a cover up. Unfortunately nothing missing until the locals come in. Service from Zuly, Jachelin are great. Pool bar Daima, Yadia David and Yami. And on the perfect eggs every morning I was grateful for Diannel

Worst hotel experience ever. Rooms often not cleaned, towels not changed for days unless you leave tips. Beach is dirty, full of mosquitoes, and unsafe (my friend was stung by a stingray, no lifeguard present). Food is terrible and unhygienic – flies everywhere, watered-down drinks, powdered juices, no fresh options. Snack bar not really 24/7, gym look nothing like in the photos. Laundry cost us $150 which is ridiculous. And the cigar shop sells fake cigars in the mix with a good ones. One lady at the reception with the blond hair was rude and unhelpful. Some tourists have complained about cockroaches in their unit. This place is dirty, unsafe, badly managed and has the worst location which makes it very expensive to commute. Definitely not worth the money Hopefully, it will help someone

Great hotel ,the beach is amazing .The workers always have a great smile and asking you, if you need something .The Catamaran workers are cool,the pool is always clean and good activities .Thanks to people working in buffet always a smile for you.

We has a great vacation,They hotel is beautiful,all they people are fantastic😍. The beach 🍾 bar and de snack bar have professionals bartenders. The guess and reception are very professionals girls. Thanks to Claudia and Aidolys.
