Paradisus Princesa del Mar Resort & Spa

5 stars wannabe resort with services of 2 stars, kindly We chose this resort after checking the website - the reality is that the rooms are dirty, with bugs, mouldy, no towels. The food is horrible - for 6 days the only edible things were eggs at breakfast and rice with chicken at lunch and dinner. The alcohol in the drinks was nonexistent. The employees are poorly trained or impertinent. On the other hand the price we paid was more than grossly exagerated!

Basically this hotel should be closed down completely. It’s not fit to accommodate people anymore. It’s completely falling apart.

Food and service here is very good 15 times here we have nothing to complain about. The grounds here are beautiful ,staff are more than willing to help you with any of your needs

The food was fantastic at Firenze. I would definitely go there again, for the caramel cake only! Staff was fantastic & the food was great.

We just returned from our wedding trip, we had a small group of 12. I cannot say enough about this resort and how amazing it was. The food at the buffet and snack bar was great, but the food at the Sakura and Italian à la carte was incredible. For those of our group that drank alcohol they never ran out and enjoyed all the drinks and options they had, and for those in our group that did not drink they came back in love with Maté lol. The nightly entertainment and shows were so much fun and got everyone up and dancing, even those who didn’t dance at the beginning of the week were dancing at the end of it. Keyla and Grethel planned and executed the most perfect wedding we could have dreamed of. Honestly it could not have been more perfect! Daymaris took care of us everyday I always looked forward to her smile when she saw us each morning. Dayllen and her staff at the snack bar made me feel at home in their presence and Marlon served the best drinks during the evening shows and dancing and put up with the group of us night after night. We’re planning a return trip for our honeymoon as we speak and I’m beyond excited to see everyone again.
