Paradisus Princesa del Mar Resort & Spa

First time to Cuba. Great experience. Would definitely return. Wish the hotel had been a little fuller with guests but didn't stop my best friend and I from having a great time! The staff were absolutely the best of anywhere I have been. Would definitely return.

5 stars hotel, I mean out of 10. Dirty towels, stinking beddings, garbage dumped around the building. Broken shower, balcony doors lock was broken. White walls were dirty. Food very modest. Dirty beach full of seeweeds. No white wine, no whisky. The hotel management is selling the food on the black market. Never again.

We had a fantastic trip! The room was comfortable and clean, the resort and the beach were beautiful. The food was good and plentiful. The staff…amazing! We stayed on the Royal side and, due to dwindling numbers, the day before we left they had to close the restaurants and buffet on the other side and had everyone served from the Royal side. It wasn’t a problem. We hope to revisit this place again soon.

This is the one and only resort I will ever travel to. I cannot imagine resort with genuinely kind, caring and professional staff as this one. They make you feel like you belong and are happy to fill all of your needs and requests. No better place to go, period.

Staff is so friendly and welcoming Rooms are clean Grounds well kept Stayed royal service which is much quieter than the main resort but went to the main in the evening Japanese restaurant was amazing our favorite So much fun French and Italian were also very good Piano bar is the place to go to in the evening Its the hot spot for drinks and music If you swim in the ocean take water shoes Recommend this resort highly
