I do not even know where to start!! Pleaseeee do not be fool by the reviews! Now with AI everything is possible. I am currently in the resort! I came on Jan 3rd at 8pm with my husband , my toddler and 6 months old baby. We waited so long in the lobby to check in. We already notified them for cribs in the room and has been almost 4h and there is no crib whatsoever!!! They brought only 1 crib at 1:40 am and it was in a terrible shape and broken in some parts!! I am very disappointed at this resort! The service is ZERO!! Conditions are ZERO! I am being very honest! Pleaseee avoid this resort! NO WATER!!!! It has been 24h and there is not water to wash!!! I have 2 little kids and i can not wash them! We can not wash our hands, we ca not do nothing!!! There are a lot of things that there are not worth the money we paid!! The photos looks pretty and the reviews are made with AI because i can assure you than this is a garbage place and i will definitely not come here anymore!! We paid a lot of money and is not worth it!! I go to the beach and pour water to the bathroom! This is just ridiculous!! If you want to go to hell come here!

I will start with the positives. The beach is great, it fine sand, is shallow for a far distance so amazing for kids. The housekeeper Ellie we had was fantastic and went above and beyond each day. The staff in the kids club braided our kids hair and were very enthusiastic and kind. We arrived around 3:00pm and found out that check-in was at 4:00pm and our room was not ready until 6:00pm. This was difficult with a large group and lots of young kids. The hotel lobby women's washroom has about 8 stalls, only 2 were open the full week and none of them had toilet paper on the first day. This resort would have been beautiful in its prime but they have let lots of maintenance go. Many of the outdoor features with beautiful plants/garden type pools are filled with green algae throughout the resort. Many poolside cement walkways are broken and similar with stairs throughout the resort. When walking around the resort, we had to watch our kids as on the lawn all of a sudden there were uncovered deep man holes in the ground. Many of the kids club features did not happen or were not at the posted times. Seeing the photos of the kids pool online we were excited to take our kids there. The kids pool is in the 'reserve' section not at the main resort and the photos are from 15 years ago as the paint is peeling off all the splash pad elements and we were told the splash pad has not worked in a very long time. It was initially difficult to navigate throughout the resort as the only printed map was in German. They said there was one available online but we never found it. We had no idea where the kids club was, where our booked evening a la cart restaurants were, the gym etc. We were a group of 10 and 2/3 of our rooms did not have doors on the washrooms. There were two times throughout the week we had no water and one time with no hot water. On arrival, one of the rooms the TV and fridge were not working and the sheets/mattress was dirty and needed to be changed. The food at the buffet was not great but the a la carts were quite good. We had to have reservations for the buffet at New Years which we booked 6 days in advance and had assigned table numbers. We were seated, went to get our food, came back and people were seated at our table. These individuals also expressed multiple frustrations with the resort. The resort honestly feels very disorganized in many elements we dealt with over the week. We met a couple at the resort who had stayed at two other resorts this trip and said this one for food, room and amenities was definitely the worst but was one of the highest rated online. This review is an accurate reflection of the 5 adults that attended this trip.

Excellent hotel with beautiful people Look for Indira and her crew at the buffet they do excellent job . We are surprised with the service. Thank you Indira for treating us as your family . We definitely are coming back here

This is one of the best places you can possibly visit at Varadero. Food, staff, management, rooms, beach, sea....you gonna love it here. Ever since I came I felt welcomed and got a great care. So warm and friendly. Kuba is great country to visit and this place is a great one stay at!
