We picked this place for its location and convenience. We wanted an easy morning commute to the Montreal Airport without staying at an airport hotel (and risking having our rental car stolen from the lot). We were very very pleased with every single thing about this stay. The property was decked in full Christmas finery and decorated like a Hallmark Movie. We took advantage of having the spa area to ourselves and enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sauna/steam to ourselves and one other set of 2 people. We enjoyed cooling off on the patio and going for another cycle. The jets int he hot tub could be a little more powerful but we had no complaints in our ability to relax and reset. The bed was something made of dreams. I will think about this bed and likely return to the hotel to satisfy my cravings for the perfect bed. I have only ever stayed in a hotel with a bed this good one other time, it's listed here in Denmark. The shower, products, quality of everything in the room met the need. I'm pretty discerning and the only fault I could find was that they flew an American flag out front. I like our neighbours (the ones who aren't committing or supporting human rights crimes and war crimes) but I don't think this is the time to promote USA when they are threatening our sovereignty.

Such a beautiful location with space for lovely walks. Excellent food and outstanding service. Everyone was so welcoming from the moment we stepped in to the our leaving.

I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world, and this is one of the nicest I’ve ever had the pleasure of discovering. Absolutely gorgeous furnishings, opulence, cleanliness, helpful staff…what’s not to like?

This is a wonderfull oasis in what appears to be primarily a business neighborhood . We chose this hotel because it was a convient midway point in our travels but were delightfully surprised to find a Versailles like hotel/conference center/event venue that also is very couple receptive. Excellent staff. Bedroom was large, well appointed and clean.

Now, it says the hotel has a beach. Be very cautious that the water is non swimming friendly. So if you come for that, don’t. Plus there are wires of all sort and dangerous metal parts everywhere. When I wanted to let the customer service know about it, the manager was extremely unprofessional and very rude. Her only comment was that we are in Quebec here, not Dominican Republic!! Then she left without giving any proper explanation. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen in more than 100s of hotels visited. This is totally unacceptable! Oh, and restaurant is closed on Mondays. Again, without notification on their website.
