We recently celebrated a family member’s 50th wedding anniversary at Villa Elina Restaurant at Château Vaudreuil. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and the setting made for a lovely celebration. Unfortunately, my dining experience was extremely disappointing. I have celiac disease, and I informed the staff about my gluten intolerance before ordering. I even asked again to make sure my meal was completely safe for someone with celiac disease. Despite these assurances, I became very sick after eating. What was even more upsetting was the staff’s response when I informed them. There was very little concern or empathy, and no real effort to address the situation. To make matters worse, the payment process at the end of the evening was confusing and disorganized, adding unnecessary stress to what should have been a special occasion. It’s unfortunate because the property is stunning, but based on our experience, we would not return to eat at the restaurant. I hope they improve both their handling of food allergies and their customer service, as these are essential for guests who rely on accurate information for their health and safety.

We went to a wedding June 20, 2026. Room large very good. Shower floor caulking was black in most parts. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Ceiling looked like had water damage. Restaurant was horrible. Had a black hair in my salad their offer was a free dessert. Like no, not hungry anymore, then free coffee, um no. The dessert was less money than the salad. All in all definitely not 5 stars.

We recently had the opportunity to stay at Château Vaudreuil after passing by it many times and we’re so glad we finally did. From the moment you walk in, the hotel stands out for its cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The entrance always carries a subtle, fresh floral scent that immediately sets a relaxing tone. The staff are professional and attentive, but I want to give special recognition to Sando (or Sandro—apologies if I misspelled it). He truly made our stay memorable. Acting as a bellboy, concierge, and more, he goes above and beyond. If you get the chance to chat with him, his stories from past experiences are fascinating. He’s an absolute GEM and a big part of what makes this place special. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. A thoughtful feature we appreciated was the in-room button allowing you to indicate whether you want housekeeping service or not. Despite being near the highway, the room was impressively quiet, with no noticeable noise from outside or the hallways. Overall, a fantastic stay—we would definitely return!

We are a group of 10 people, who had dinner last night at Villa Elina (Chateau Vaudreuil). We had cocktails from an expert bartender at the bar before heading to our table. The table was perfect, the service from Bernard was great, and the food was exquisite. I had the lamb, and it was the best I have ever had. Thanks to Frederic Blouin for arranging, and the staff or the restaurant for a great night.

Château Vaudreuil truly is a hidden gem. Despite us driving past this hotel for years we had never made the visit until our one year anniversary. After looking for a place to rest and celebrate Château Vaudreuil came up and we thought we'd give it a try. From the moment the front doors opened and we were greeted, all the way to our check out every aspect was just perfect. The food was incredible, the room was absolutely beautiful and so clean. We enjoyed time in the spa area which wasn't too busy and it felt like our own oasis. Walking the grounds was stunning in the fall, and despite not having access to the boats at that time of year it didn't even matter. We will be back every year! Don't let the location by the highway fool you, this hotel is one of the best we've ever stayed in.
