Total dissapointment
Common areas are dated, worn, and lacking in basic maintenace. The reservation process was clunky, required multiple phone calls to correct and ultimately resulted in placement in a "suite" for 2 adults and 2 children that lacked door on bedroom, no water closet, no air conditioning in bathroom, dark and dissapointing.

An amazing hotel
What an amazing hotel. Thank you for looking after us on our 25th Anniversary. The room was more than we hoped, location is perfect, and the staff highly attentive and friendly. Perfect access to all the near by tourist locations and shopping 👏👏

A great experience!
I've read the negative reviews and have found them to be the opposite of what we experienced. The staff was phenomenal....always there to assist. We were upgraded so I can't say anything about the original room but the upgraded room was like staying in a palace. After 14 days "on the road" the Baglioni Hotel Luna was our best experience.

At Luna Hotel Baglioni, we received the absolute best service and the most beautiful room! The gourmet meal included in the package was superb! I would highly recommend this property. It was centrally located near San Marco square also. The time went by too quickly...very romantic also. We hope to go back very soon.
