Perfectly situated and impeccable. This was our second visit to this hotel and we'd never stay anywhere else in Venice. Very friendly and helpful staff and the whole experience was a joy. Thank you.

First of all, the photo of the balcony is totally misleading. You have no access to it unless you pay for the most expensive room. Secondly, this is a first class hotel next to San Marco and it has all the services you would expect. The asset here is the staff; people like Musa, Fabio, Maria, Katarina, Elmer, the ladies who clean the rooms, the porters, etc. They make this hotel 5 stars. Breakfast is varied and abundant. We asked for a kettle and two feather pillows which were supplied. Thank you very much for the birthday cake and the fruits. Very much appreciated. We had room service a few times; the food was very good and it was cheaper than going to a restaurant. I only have one disappointment: I was celebrating my 70th birthday and I was expecting an upgrade because we were staying for 11 nights (not many people do this I am sure) and I am a member of the Leading Hotels, which promises an upgrade. Although the room was acceptable, we had a little balcony overlooking a wall !!!! when we were expecting at least a view of the gardens opposite the hotel. I think they couldn't care less about my membership and long stay. One more thing, I heard noises almost every night at about 3 am of doors banging on the 3rd floor but one night at the same time, I head a man howling and screaming in distress and anger and doors banging for about 5-10 minutes. I reported to Reception who were surprised because no one had said anything. I recently found on the net that: "The Baglioni Hotel Luna in Venice is associated with a ghost legend: some guests have reported hearing disembodied voices". I do not believe in paranormal activity but it is difficult to explain the noises at night unless it is common for guests to get very drunk and vulgar and return to the hotel at 3 am. We will return to the hotel and hopefully the tide (acqua alta) will be low so we can arrive directly to the hotel. Thank you to all the staff for their welcoming.

My wife and I spent four nights at the Baglioni Luna Hotel and it was truly memorable. While it is undeniably expensive, we felt it was worth every euro. The location is unbeatable—just around the corner from St Mark’s Square, ideal for exploring Venice. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet, perfect for unwinding after long days walking the city. The breakfast room is absolutely breath-taking—a stunning, frescoed space that feels like dining in a Venetian palace. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the outstanding service. The staff noticed that the dates of my reservation didn’t match our flights or transfer arrangements. They contacted me and helped sort everything. If I had one critique, it would be that the website displays a beautiful terrace which, I believe is only attached to a single suite—not a facility available to most guests. It would be helpful if this were made clearer. Overall, a superb hotel with exceptional staff. We would happily return

This hotel is perfectly located near St Mark’s Square with its own private dock. The staff are extremely helpful, especially the people at the front desk. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, with windows that open for some cool nighttime air. The bar is a perfect place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

I loved everything about this hotel. As a solo traveler I felt taken care of and very safe. The hotel staff were so kind and amazing. The room was exactly the space I want in my hotel rooms. Comfortable and not at all claustrophobic. Very clean. It sits in the San Marco area which is a high traffic area but the sound proof windows help take care of that. And it’s convenient to walk frankly anywhere. A water taxi can come right up to the front which makes going places by water taxi very convenient or walk around the block and pick up the public water bus. And also other water taxis if the tide is too high. It has a cool history as one of the oldest hotels in Venice. And can we talk about the fact that the hair dryer they provided was excellent. A lot of power which isn’t always the case with hotels. As a girl with a lot of hair this was an awesome bonus. I would absolutely return to this hotel in a heartbeat whether solo or traveling with others.

At Luna Hotel Baglioni, we received the absolute best service and the most beautiful room! The gourmet meal included in the package was superb! I would highly recommend this property. It was centrally located near San Marco square also. The time went by too quickly...very romantic also. We hope to go back very soon.
