My wife and I had an utterly memorable stay at Ca' Di Dio. This relatively new boutique hotel exceeded all hopes and expectations. The location was quiet but close to "the scene," the staff was memorably dedicated to our enjoyment, and the dining at Vero was 5 star. Special mention goes to Ivan, one of the most energetic, helpful and accommodating concierges we have ever met; to Carmine, the head chef at Vero, an amazing talent; and to the service staff, including Dimitri, Angela & Beatrice. Our three days there capped a two week visit to various places in Europe, and it remains one of the stops we talk about the most. Arrivederci Ca' Di Dio!

Perfect Venetian 5 Star Hotel in every regard. Great location, refined and comfortable ambiance and rooms, delicious food as well as friendly and helpful staff. Little and thoughtful touches like the wonderful chocolates at turn down service, our server at breakfast fixing us a takeaway box of pastries, the no-fuss check in, and so much more made this a real treat for 2 well seasoned travelers. Hats off to those that turned this centuries old historic building into an oasis of calm and comfort.

From the minute we arrived ”james bond style” in a water taxi to the private dock everything about the hotel was just perfect. It’s close to the attractions, but just far enough to be peaceful. Vaporetto stop very close if you don’t want to walk . Room was lovely, huge bathroom. Breakfast very substantial. Staff very helpful with suggestions for dinner and the hotel bar was a great place for a drink after dinner and a long day of experiencing Venice. If you arrive jet lagged after a long day of travel, highly recommend walking out the front door and just walk along the water and soak in the sights and sunset. Just magical.

I had an outstanding stay at Ca’ di Dio, and the staff truly made the experience. From the moment I arrived, Federico greeted me at the water taxi with a warm welcome. He handled my luggage with care, was extremely hospitable, and set the tone right away. On departure, he was just as attentive, personally bringing my bags all the way back to the water taxi. First-class service from start to finish. Ivan, the concierge, was excellent. He helped me navigate the city with a great dinner recommendation the first night and a perfect lunch spot the following day. His knowledge and guidance made Venice easy and enjoyable. At the Alchemy Bar, Marco was phenomenal—bartender, host, manager, whatever title fits, he nailed it. The drinks were excellent and the service was smooth. Davide was also fantastic behind the bar with great energy and craftsmanship. Giada at the front desk was always present, helpful, and welcoming. Every interaction felt genuine. From arrival to departure, the entire team made me feel cared for and appreciated. It was a perfect trip, and the staff is the reason I’ll remember it—and return.
