We had a lovely stay and truly enjoyed being guests here—the curated welcome gift, choice of drinks during check‑in, and the calm, welcoming atmosphere made our arrival feel effortless. The hotel’s location was fantastic, with easy access to transportation and plenty within walking distance, and the complimentary Murano excursion was a wonderful touch. Our room was very clean, with blackout curtains and a comfortable bed that made returning after long days in Venice feel restorative. The only issue was the shaving kit, as the razor appeared used or dirty (possibly moldy). When reported to front desk they did not seem shocked and did not go above and beyond or say sorry; this didn’t match the otherwise high luxury standard. Overall, the stay was wonderful, and we’re giving it a 4—nearly perfect, with just one area for improvement.

They presented with high level of service, elegance, and professionalism which makes them a great asset to the boutique hotel. I am so impressed with their thoughtfulness and attentiveness. Ca' di Dio is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at in Venice. The property is beautiful, elegant, and blends contemporary design with the city's historic character. On our first trip to Venice, my husband and I made what turned out to be an excellent choice in choosing Ca’ di Dio Hotel (“House of God”.) This hotel is gorgeous, the decor , with Murano glass in the lobby, spectacular. The service was first class, just spectacular! Most amazing however was the concierge, Ivan, who recommended amazing restaurants, and helped us take the local boat to the Galleries dell Academies. The room we had was lovely. We highly recommend this hotel for your next holiday to Venice.
