Beautiful hotel in a great location!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

This is a beautiful modern hotel that is very centrally located. It is an easy 10 minute walk to San Marco square, and there are lots of great restaurants less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Water taxis pick up and drop off directly at the hotel. The rooms are quiet, clean, modern, very well appointed and have comfortable beds. Breakfast was great and we really enjoyed sitting in the beautiful courtyard each morning. One added bonus was that the hotel offers a complementary tour to the Murano glass factory. We would definitely stay here again and we will recommend this hotel to friends. The only negative is that upon checkout they added an “optional” 5% “employee benefit” (ie. tip) onto the bill. You can choose to pay this or not, but it’s a little uncomfortable to ask them to remove it.

Massage

The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect spot! I got a massage by Michela and it was absolutely amazing! She let me pick my essential oils and brought me a fruit platter to enjoy afterwards. In between bites of my fruit I got to relax in the sauna which is perfect after a massage. Would definitely recommend a massage by her :)

Nothing but excellence!

I am so picky about hotels and was way beyond impressed. Every person we came in contact with was friendly, professional and helpful. The service was impeccable, the room fantastic, and the breakfast spectacular. We would 1000% stay here any time we found ourselves in Venice!!

Absolutely beautiful hotel and wonderful staff!

Such a wonderful, luxurious hotel, and in a perfect location. Right off the Arsenole taxi stop and a short walk to the main Piazza. The staff were warm and welcoming. They arranged our personal water taxi to the airport, which I highly recommend, and spent time with us upon our arrival to provide some insights into where to go, eat, shop, etc. From Venice my wife and I traveled to Croatia where we are staying at a (nice) Air BnB. My wife’s words, “I miss Ca’ Di Dio!” 😊 You will not go wrong here. Definitely recommend.

A wonderful August trip to Venice

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We enjoyed a fabulous stay at this great hotel. The hotel helped us to arrange a private water taxi to and from the airport…expensive but 100% worth it…in fact, I would recommend spending your money on this rather than a gondola ride! It was a vv good professional service. Our room…112…was wonderful! Spacious, clean and had a view of the kitchen garden. Breakfast was a highlight - the staff were wonderful and everything you wanted was on offer! It was a delicious experience. We equally enjoyed a spritz served in the beautiful courtyard in an evening…the bar service was superb. The hotel was just a short walk from St Mark’s Square plus in the other direction, the Via Garibaldi…what an excellent Venice street! The Navodi restaurant is worth a visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our Venice trip and loved staying in this beautiful hotel. The only downside was how soon our trip came to an end…I would return tomorrow if I could!
