This hotel was dreamy....the decor was beautiful, the service was outstanding, and the location was perfecto- away from the crowds, but still in walking distance to all the main sites. Shout out to Marco and Giacomo at Alchemia bar who were an impressive team that welcomed us with open arms every night when we visited for a cocktail -before and after dinner! We only had 2 nights in Venice , but staying here magical ending to our vacation!

Booked for 4 nights to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday I booked a junior suite with views into the Courtyard, on arrival we were upgraded to a Lagoon view, absolutely gorgeous room and fantastic views. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. It's an elegant hotel and quietly sophisticated, not in your face in the slightest The breakfast is very good, both on quality and selection. The staff are exceptional My wife had a couple of spa treatments and thought they were wonderful The location was perfect for us Highly recommend if you want peace, quiet and low key luxury Get a wooden boat taxi there and arrive in style 😉

Great location: 30 minute water taxi from Marco Polo brings you directly to the properties private dock. Location is opposite the Vaporetti stops for the number 1 and Number 2 boats. Coop store for water, wine, beer, snacks is a 7 minute walk - left out of hotel, cross 2 bridges and make a left. Quiet and discreet - amazing breakfast - runs the entire spectrum. They run a free, private water taxi to Murano at 10:00, 11:00 and 14:00 - it’s definitely not the tourist heavy sell glass factory - not even close. If you can, grab a room with a lagoon view - 200/201 300/301 It’s not the Gritti and it doesn’t have the attitude. Instead, it’s a beautiful restored convent with passionate staff members who take a pride in their work.

My wife and I had an utterly memorable stay at Ca' Di Dio. This relatively new boutique hotel exceeded all hopes and expectations. The location was quiet but close to "the scene," the staff was memorably dedicated to our enjoyment, and the dining at Vero was 5 star. Special mention goes to Ivan, one of the most energetic, helpful and accommodating concierges we have ever met; to Carmine, the head chef at Vero, an amazing talent; and to the service staff, including Dimitri, Angela & Beatrice. Our three days there capped a two week visit to various places in Europe, and it remains one of the stops we talk about the most. Arrivederci Ca' Di Dio!

Perfect Venetian 5 Star Hotel in every regard. Great location, refined and comfortable ambiance and rooms, delicious food as well as friendly and helpful staff. Little and thoughtful touches like the wonderful chocolates at turn down service, our server at breakfast fixing us a takeaway box of pastries, the no-fuss check in, and so much more made this a real treat for 2 well seasoned travelers. Hats off to those that turned this centuries old historic building into an oasis of calm and comfort.
