Ca' di Dio

If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would. For anyone who says service is not up to par in prior posts is delirious! There’s nothing they won’t do for us from a customer service perspective. From Jacob, to Dinith to Filip and everyone in between, we felt like celebrities (and we are not). The location is fabulous, the rooms are so clean, the courtyard is delightful. It’s a privilege to stay here and it will forever be in our hearts!

The location is amazing. The water taxi pulled up right to the hotel and it was a close walk to everything we wanted to see. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was luxurious with nice touches like wine and biscuits waiting for us. We had a drink in the beautiful courtyard and the breakfast had everything we could have wanted and more. I would highly recommend.

They presented with high level of service, elegance, and professionalism which makes them a great asset to the boutique hotel. I am so impressed with their thoughtfulness and attentiveness. Ca' di Dio is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at in Venice. The property is beautiful, elegant, and blends contemporary design with the city's historic character. Every space feels thoughtfully designed, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional team. Hospitality at this level is rare, and every interaction reflected genuine care and professionalism. They made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The entire team deserves recognition for creating such a warm and seamless experience.
