The service at this hotel really stood out to me We stayed as a family of 4 in a one bedroom suite- gigantic room and bathroom. The breakfast buffet was probably the most expansive I’ve ever seen - candy, French toast, fruit, meats, etc Giudeccca is worth a visit and we enjoyed exploring the island- I will say I do not think I would recommend for a first time visitor simply bc so much of the magic of Venice is getting lost and it’s annoying to get lost when you’re worried about making the last shuttle or avoiding long headwinds for the vaporetto but 5 stars anyway for the service - free tour of Murano - a waiter burst into song for a guest birthday - front desk shipped my suitcase for me when a wheel broke!!!! - business center rep gave me office supplies - made all sorts of recommendations and reservations for us The kids LOVED the buffet and the pool

From the moment you reach the hotel till the moment you get back off the shuttle boat you will be impressed. Guest relations, concierge, bellmen, reception, breakfast teams are providing a tip top service. The hotel is amazing in all aspects whether view, location, service, cleanliness. We really loved it. Special thanks for Alessia.

I like the location of the hotel. It is far from the crowd and noise while it is convenient with the hotel shuttle just 15 minutes boat ride to San Marco. The shuttle run every 20 minutes in the weekend and 30 minutes in the weekend. Alilaguna airport boat transfer cost 16 EUR pp and stops in front of the hotel . But it takes about 1.5 hours. The hotel arranged free private boat to Morano where you visit a glass making factory. The price is way too high so we didn’t buy anything. From Morano, they can either send you back but we continue our trip to Burano. The hotel room is quite big and breakfast is great with many choices. We didn’t get the chance to use the pool as it was closed for that day for unknown reason. As of WiFi, we asked the password to login so it is free . It wasn’t given during the check in. Overall I am very satisfied with the hotel facilities and its service.

We absolutely loved our time at the Hilton Molino Stucky Venice. For the most part, it was a wonderful experience, with just a few minor hiccups that could have been avoided with some upfront information. Arrival & Check-In We took a water taxi from the train station directly to the hotel’s side dock, which cost around €80. Porters near the station helped with our luggage for a small fee (subtracted from the total taxi fare, at least in our case). There are a few stairs and a short walk to the dock, so having help was worth it. The boat ride was scenic and a nice start to our Venice stay. Upon arrival, a bellman met us at the dock and handled our luggage immediately. Our room was ready just before 3 PM, and as Diamond members, we were upgraded to a spacious third-floor room with a direct canal view! Room & Amenities The hotel is a converted warehouse, much larger than the boutique hotels near St. Mark’s Square. Our upgraded suite felt recently renovated with high wood ceilings, Murano glass chandeliers, and plenty of room to spread out. The twin beds were comfortable, with crisp sheets and down comforters. The marble bathroom had both a rain shower and handheld shower, great water pressure, and mounted Hilton toiletries. A mini-bar and an extra shelf made it easy to store our own water bottles. Breakfast & Dining Breakfast was far better than expected – a large, tasty spread across several rooms with juices, water, prosecco, and coffee service at the table. We also tried the Rialto Bar & Restaurant for dinner. Service was excellent, but prices were high (€80+ for two pizzas, water, and a Coke), and food quality was just okay. Unfortunately, this seemed typical for Venice’s tourist-heavy areas. Facilities The hotel has a lovely courtyard, an executive lounge (small and often crowded but with snacks, soft drinks, and coffee), and a rooftop pool and sky lounge with absolutely stunning city views. The pool itself is smaller than it appears in photos, so they manage access in time slots, but it’s still worth a visit just for the scenery and relaxed vibe. Getting Around A daily shuttle fee covers unlimited rides to St. Mark’s Square and other key stops. On weekends, boats run every 20–30 minutes; during the week, intervals can stretch to an hour. Still, this made it easy to enjoy Venice while staying outside the busiest tourist zones. Concierge & Tours We emailed prior to our stay and they had very timely responses regarding our travel to the hotel and pre-stay questions. The concierge helped us book a free Murano glass tour, which included a private water taxi and demonstration. Interesting experience, but prices at the factory shop were highly inflated. We later found the same artist’s work in the square for a third of the price. My advice: enjoy the tour but shop around or negotiate. Departure Hiccup We booked a water taxi with the concierge for departure with a stop in the square before heading to the airport (a 30–40 minute ride). Unfortunately, the taxi was 25 minutes late, and combined with some on-site delays, we had to skip our appointment to go straight to the airport. The outdoor manager seemed dismissive/rude about the mistake (which I believe was his fault for not calling it in on time). This was extremely frustrating as I thought I had a plan that would allow us to get to our quick appointment as we as to the airport. This major gaffe left a sour note at the end of an otherwise wonderful stay. So I would factor in transportation issues to have a cushion as I tried to the night before. However, I was assured I had plenty time with taxi having 15 minutes to make it to the square. Overall Hilton Molino Stucky was a wonderful place to stay with spacious rooms, beautiful views, away from the crowds yet still convenient with the shuttle. If you want more breathing room than the small boutique hotels near the square, this is a great choice. Just build in extra time for water taxis and confirm logistics in advance to avoid last-minute stress. I would stay here again but will forever remember missing my appointment which will alter my planning here at this hotel. Also I feel more could have been done to provide better service regarding the taxi as it was a bit rude as well.

We stayed for 3 nights at the beautiful Hilton hotel and honestly, it was absolutely faultless. If I return to Venice, this will be my number one choice without hesitation. A special thank you to Danielle, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special, her service truly stood out. We stayed in Suite 331, and I highly recommend booking a room with a view, it was simply breathtaking. Although the hotel isn’t right in the centre of Venice, water taxis run regularly and are easy to catch. If being in the heart of the city is your priority, you might prefer a more central location, but for us, the quality and experience at the Hilton far outweighed any minor inconvenience. A fantastic choice all round.
