A beautiful hotel but a real shame about the nightclub on the top floor, good luck if you’re trying to sleep just below it on the 7th floor. The room vibrates from the bass but don’t worry, staff says it finishes at 1am. It’s also a shame it’s €40 per person to use the spa, that could’ve been made clearer to guests that it’s not included in the price.

We have visited many times & have never been disappointed. We love the position of the hotel on La Giudecca it is a quieter area with a more local vibe which we love. The hotel also has a relaxed feel. There is a hotel shuttle boat to get over to the main island for a small fee, but worth it. The breakfast buffet is delicious with so much choice for everyone. The staff are very friendly & helpful especially Constance, Yezirah & Victoria. Will definitely return.

This is a spacious, modern hotel with a frequent waterbus service to St. Marks. Staff are helpful and friendly. We really appreciated that housekeeping was done every day which not all hotels do now. We’d love to come back and stay here again.

Venice has been absolutely amazing, such a beautiful place and we could not have faulted the Hilton. This trip was for my husband’s 40th birthday, we got the basic package with a cake, Balloons and juice. They really did go above to make the stay really special. Staff were really lovely and helpful. Breakfast was 10/10, they had everything you could think of for breakfast from pastries to yoghurt/fruit and even cooked joints of meat, freshly cooked pancakes/waffles. Even a kids sweet station. Clean and beautiful hotel in a stunning historic building.

Beautiful hotel and Guidecca is a nice get away from the main islands. Love that they have a Hilton Shuttle boat which is convenient. But my room window was taped shut, barely. The howling wind and banging from activity below was disruptive for sleeping comfortably. We were tired on our last night and opted to have drinks at the Skyline bar and eat at the Rialto Grill at the hotel. The drinks at Skyline are extremely over priced and the food at the Rialto was dreadful. Too expensive for such mediocrity. If you stay there, do yourself a favor and don’t eat there
