Check in and check out were quick and stress free .When we checked out we were asked if we used the Hilton boat while we were staying we said yes and were charged to 30 Euro But that was because we used it Yes there were sometimes problems with too many people waiting to get on the boat and no extra boat put on .we were ok as we brought a 72 hour travel pass and the 4.1 4.2 & 2 boat 5 minutes from the hotel and we used them everyday with ease .We were upgraded as Hilton Gold member to a beautiful room with a great view of the water and venice ..we left the curtains open to see the view.Breakfast was excellent with everything you could want and the candy station for kids and adults was such fun .The hot and cold station were very good and the staff were all smiling and helpful .The hotel was spotless and clean and our room was cleaned well evefyday .I fully recommend The Stucky hotel .and would love to stay again

We recently stayed at the Hilton Molino Stucky Venice to celebrate my 50th birthday, and overall it was a very memorable experience. On arrival, we were delighted with a lovely room upgrade and a surprise party set up in our room, which truly made the celebration feel very special. I’m extremely grateful to the team for such a thoughtful and generous gesture. The stay itself was very enjoyable; however, there were a couple of issues that I feel are worth mentioning. At checkout, we noticed some charges on our bill that should not have applied, including items that had already been paid for and charges for facilities we did not use. These were raised at the time, and I was advised they would be refunded to my credit card. Unfortunately, a few days after departure, the refund had not yet appeared. In addition, the hotel kindly arranged a complimentary trip to Murano to see the glass blowing, which we were really looking forward to. During the visit, I purchased a Murano glass bracelet and was asked to pay in cash without being offered a receipt. Sadly, that evening while dining in the Hilton restaurant, the bracelet proved to be faulty and came apart, causing the glass beads to roll across the floor and break. It was very disappointing, especially as this was meant to be a special keepsake from the experience. As no receipt had been provided, I was unable to return or exchange it and had to purchase another bracelet elsewhere so the beads could still be worn. This left us disappointed with the Murano experience, and I was surprised that the Hilton would align itself with products of such poor quality. The spa area was lovely, though I found it a bit disappointing that after paying for treatments, there was an additional €40 per person charge to use the Jacuzzi. We were there over Christmas Day and the week following, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Overall, while the staff were warm and welcoming and made a genuine effort to make my birthday special, these issues did detract somewhat from the stay. Considering the overall experience, we as a family would rate our stay as a 4.5-star experience.

I actually had a great stay but I returned to see an amount of money from the hotel come out of my bank. I have emailed the hotel twice to understand why this has come out of my account with no response. This was for the shuttle boat. I did not use this and did not expect it would be put on my bill as a mandatory charge. If it was, then I would have used it. If this was also the case, I would expect the hotel to respond to my email and tell me. To have no response is awful customer service and expect more from a Hilton hotel. Wouldn’t stay again and would not recommend this hotel.

Great hotel with fantastic location. There is a lovely atmosphere in the hotel, staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. We had a club king suite with views and i have no complaints, size was good, bathroom nice, wardrobe quirky, bed comfortable and the room clean. The pillows were a little bit soft but i guess that is just preference and had i requested others this would have been sorted. Breakfast was a little bit busy but staff were obviosly working hard and fast to limit waiting times and the selection on offer catered for all and every palate. The skyline bar was amazing, super drinks, excellent views and lovely attentive staff. The drinks although a little pricey were worth it for taste, presentation and fresh made. We had dinner at the hotel rialto bar restaurant which was good and the pianist was excellent with a good variety of tunes. Access to the executive lounge was available to us but this was also very busy and tables were all taken, they did allow us to take the drinks outwith the lounge area which was fair but might be better to limit availability or enlarge available space. There is a shuttle boat to venice but it is very very busy, there is no queing system and if your not pushy you won't get on which is too stressful. The hotel might consider a ticketing system for first come, first served as despite being 20 minutes early and first there, other pushier mannerless guests went in front of us and pushed us out the way until the boat was full. Fortunately there is a public bus boat stop locally, we bought a 2 day pass and although slightly more expensive than that offered by hotel was a much calmer better option for us and had more frequent availability. Would recommend the hotel and would stay again.
