Great short stay fantastic location will return

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 20 hours ago

We had been at a wedding in Bologna then headed up to Venice after. A great short stay during the festival period of Venice. The hotel is away from the busiest parts of Venice but so easy to get across on their boat. Breakfast was exceptional and the arrange of buffets was unmatched. The executive lounge had different food and drink options each day which kept it fresh. The pool and rooftop bars were fantastic and great for a short break from the hustle and bustle. Just make sure to book your slot for the pool. Only disappointments were the poor communication from reception regarding late checkouts and the abruptness of the staff on the last day. As well as our first room being flooded. However this was quickly resolved and we were moved to another room a floor below.

Terrific hotel just a water taxi away from the crowds of Venice

A beautiful hotel with wonderful service and a terrific location away from the crowds of Venice. If you want to see Venice it’s just a short water taxi ride away.

One of, if not THE, best hotels I've stayed in!

One of, if not THE, best hotel I have ever stayed in! From the moment you get off the boat and look up at the hotel, you're in awe of the place! You step through the doors and the beautiful scent hits you in the reception area (the corridors all had lovely scented reed diffusers too that smelt so lush!) And the staff were all so friendly and greeted you with a smile and bonjourno! We booked an Executive room, which gave us exec lounge access and breakfast - the food at this hotel was exquisite and the lovely staff in the restaurant couldnt do enough for us, asking if we wanted more coffee! The rooftop pool is much smaller than the photos suggested when booking, but be sure to go up there at sunset, as it's simply magical being up there when the sunset falls and it starts to get dark ! You do need to book a 2 hour slot for the pool though. The views looking out to Venice are incredible! Loved that the hotel was located in a quieter part away from the hustle bustle of main Venice too. Be sure to check out the bars and restaurants on the hotel's island, as they were much cheaper and looked out towards Venice.

Exceptional Service, stay here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay at the Hilton Molino Stucky Venice was outstanding. It started off a little chaotic because we weren’t familiar with the different ferry options, and to make matters worse, one of my luggage wheels broke halfway there! Despite that, the customer service was truly top-tier—honestly some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodated. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the Executive Lounge was a fantastic perk with great food, drinks, and a relaxing atmosphere. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. The only piece of advice I have for future guests is to familiarize yourself with the ferry routes before arriving. If you’re traveling with heavy luggage, navigating the water transportation can feel a bit overwhelming if you aren’t prepared. Once you understand it, though, it’s very manageable. Overall, this hotel was a 10/10 experience. Between the incredible staff, beautiful accommodations, and excellent amenities, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

Some good and some 'not so good'... not a favorite hotel.

Had a two night stay here after an ocean cruise; really upscale decor and furnishings and the breakfast was a sight to behold with almost any breakfast item you could think of. The rooms were spacious however only 3 small drawers in a small closet so if you're staying longer, know there is limited space for clothing and your bathroom items. Coffee pot in room but no water provided. (two tubes of Nescafe coffee yuck) We each had a glass of wine at the roof top bar; if you go, you'll get a 'small pour' at their over rated price (my red wine was awful) and their music choice was loud and also awful....not relaxing at all. Would chose another hotel if we ever we go to Venice again. p.s. we had to call for the maintenance twice with issues in the room ie tv remote needed a new battery & shower nozzle issue.
