Excellent Location
The hotel was charming and in an excellent location to all that Venice has to offer. Although the hotel room was small it was nicely decorated, however it had too much furniture for its small room size. The roof deck was amazing and the hotel service was great. The hotel food was average and the duck was tough and the worst part of the stay. I definitely recommend the hotel.

So sad
During my stay at the hotel, the strap of my Hermes Mini Kelly bag went missing after housekeeping cleaned my room. I want to believe it may have been taken by mistake, but unfortunately it has not been found despite my efforts to resolve the issue. I’m very disappointed and upset about how this was handled. If you’re staying here, I strongly recommend keeping a close eye on your belongings, as items may go missing.

Outstanding long weekend in Venice!
Lovely hotel which is newly refurbished in very high quality. We had a great suit. Beautiful garden and all amenities. Location is perfect. The entire staff was great! Concierge gave is a lot of excellent ideas, bar and restaurant staff very friendly and attentive. Reception staff also incredibly helpful. Outstanding overall experience!

Great location, amazing service, great buffet, really nice room, great spa service and gym. All in all great stay. Will stay here again if we come back to Venice.

Venetian modern excellence with tradition
Stunning renovated Venetian palace on the Laguna with amazing views; very nice rooms, excellent beds and bathrooms; high service quality and very kind staff. Only personal opinion regarding value for money .. considering the price level of the rooms minibar should be included .. and prices at restaurant, In spite of rather hood quality seem a bit excessive.
