Pyotr Ilyich Tchiakovsky is one of the notable guests who have stayed at Hotel Londra Palace – he composed the first three movements of Symphony No. 4, originally titled "Do Leoni," in Room 106. Maybe the islands and 16th Century architecture he saw across the watery horizon inspired him. Rooms are individually decorated with ornate fabric walls and Biedermeier furniture, while the restaurant – named Do Leoni – serves Venetian classics under crystal chandeliers.

Stayed for 4 nights at the Londra Palace on our recent visit to Venice for our 30th wedding anniversary. Absolutely superb hotel. All the staff were lovely, very attentive and helpful and made our stay so special. We stayed in a deluxe lagoon view room which was amazing - the view from the room was just incredible. The hotel is just a short walk from St Marks Square, so really central. Would highly recommend.

Nice hotel with excellent service. King rooms are very very small and for the money charged I definitely would not book those again.

Excellent hotel, great location near St Marks Square, fabulous staff. Water taxi’s and a water bus stop immediately outside hotel.

A spectator’s in an enviable location with friendly and professional service. We had a stunning room with an original ceiling and balcony. Delicious breakfast and the best Venetian spritz in the bar. We will return when we visit Venice again next year
