Good location, very clean, outstanding breakfast, No1 room ground floor very dark and didn't compare very well to advertized pictures.

We stayed at Maison Venezia last weekend, we had a fantastic stay. Friendly greeting on arrival from reception, they gave us a map of the city and pointers as to what to see and how to navigate the vaporetto. Our room was beautiful, so big, we were so pleased. The chandelier was stunning & bed comfortable. Every comfort you could wish for and a powerful hairdryer in the bathroom too!. Lovely view of the canal. Food at breakfast was nice, I'm a vegetarian and found a good choice every morning. It was a lovely touch that pastries and biscuits were available most of the day too. Nice relaxed atmosphere and very quiet. We ate at 2 local restaurants that I would recommend, Trattoria Alle Lanterine and Ristorante Da Poggi, we had delicious meals at both. Fantastic trip to Venice, loved it.

A warm and friendly hotel. A stone’s throw from the main thoroughfare, but in a nice and quiet area. The room was good with all amenities. At night the room was very quiet helping with a good night’s rest. We had a problem with the door key not working during our stay which was promptly sorted. The only downside was the lumpy pillows and lack of water to be able to use the coffee machine. The free coffee and sweet treats are a nice touch every afternoon.

My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for three nights during the Carnival period and overall had a very pleasant experience. We arrived late at night, and the hotel was very easy to access from the deck. Matteo at the front desk welcomed us warmly and was very pleasant and helpful throughout check-in. The first room we were assigned had a very small bathroom, so I requested a change. The team was accommodating and moved us to Room 501 on the ground floor, which was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. The only point to note is that this room faces the breakfast area, so it can be a bit noisy in the morning and you may notice breakfast aromas early in the day. Guests who are sensitive to noise or prefer to sleep in may want to request a different room location. The hotel staff overall were exceptional ,friendly, attentive, and professional. The location of the hotel is fantastic and very convenient, and the breakfast was generous, varied, and enjoyable. Thank you to the team for making our stay memorable.
