Great stay! Clean room, good breakfast and good location. Lovely lounge available all day with complimentary coffee, tea and pastries.

Absolutely amazing stay . Location is ideal , away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to the centre . Building with the old charm and modern comforts. Very clean and quiet . Room was spacious and en suite was spacious and well lit . Lovely breakfast and the complimentary sweet treats and drinks in the afternoon is just perfect when you come in for a little rest after a day out . Highlight though is the staff . Soooooo friendly and helpful . The lovely cleaning team were soooooo friendly. Smiling and greeting us and so helpful . The lovely lady at breakfast was very helpful and kind . I must say Simonne who checked us in was so welcoming and helpful . Then the next few days Neda in reception was beyond helpful . She told us where to go , restaurants , local recommendations and we loved all her recommendations. Thank you very much

Good location, very clean, outstanding breakfast, No1 room ground floor very dark and didn't compare very well to advertized pictures.

We stayed at Maison Venezia last weekend, we had a fantastic stay. Friendly greeting on arrival from reception, they gave us a map of the city and pointers as to what to see and how to navigate the vaporetto. Our room was beautiful, so big, we were so pleased. The chandelier was stunning & bed comfortable. Every comfort you could wish for and a powerful hairdryer in the bathroom too!. Lovely view of the canal. Food at breakfast was nice, I'm a vegetarian and found a good choice every morning. It was a lovely touch that pastries and biscuits were available most of the day too. Nice relaxed atmosphere and very quiet. We ate at 2 local restaurants that I would recommend, Trattoria Alle Lanterine and Ristorante Da Poggi, we had delicious meals at both. Fantastic trip to Venice, loved it.

A warm and friendly hotel. A stone’s throw from the main thoroughfare, but in a nice and quiet area. The room was good with all amenities. At night the room was very quiet helping with a good night’s rest. We had a problem with the door key not working during our stay which was promptly sorted. The only downside was the lumpy pillows and lack of water to be able to use the coffee machine. The free coffee and sweet treats are a nice touch every afternoon.
