Beautiful hotel! Top service all around and the rooms were comfortable. A special recognition to Rachel the bartender. Oh my, what fantastic service and quality in her drinks. Even better was her joyful, fun demeanor. Just a wonderful experience at the hotel. It’ll make you sorry to leave.

We had an exceptional stay at the Grand Hotel -Venezia. The staff were amazing, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was done to make sure we had the best of times. Taylan- at the concierge desk was our go - to for advice and was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for making our trip a wonderful experience. We will be back.

Wonderful hotel, great attention to detail and the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. We took advantage of the complimentary transfer to a glass factory in Murano and because we were the only people at that time we had a guide all to ourselves. The trip was a special treat for my 50th and the staff left treats and lovely messages both days. They made our stay extra special. Highly recommend.

We have experienced a 3 nights stay during the Carnival period. It is not our first stay, but we are charmed by this place and returned with very great pleasure. The entire hotel and its surroundings - the main building/ a real venețian pallazzo, the luxuriant garden, private waterfront - are very charming and very carefully managed by a professional team. Great breakfast with many choises, including traditional sweets during Carnival. The staff is very friendly, professional and very careful with all the details for a perfect stay.
