Palazzina Grassi was a fantastic hotel, discreet luxury with exceptional food & staff including at the bar (i wanted a cocktail not on the menu and they made me a delicious long refreshing fruity number with Amaro del capo to get the traditional Italian vibe); we shared many plates and the restaurant and chef even agreed to open early for us so we could enjoy dinner one evening before we went to a Vivaldi concert. Nothing is too much trouble and every mouthful was a treat. you must visit the loo if you go too, very nice. The rooftop lounge was a nice bit of tranquility for after a busy day of walking and the rooms are beautiful (standard room is compact but elegant). Would definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing hotel! Myself and my partner stopped here for two nights in April and we had a great experience. The staff were polite and helpful and the standard of service was exceptional. A perfect locations for exploring all the main sights of Venice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I adore the Palazzina Grassi and although I want to keep it a secret, feel it’s unfair not to share how wonderful this boutique hotel is. The bedrooms are gorgeous, all white, mirrored and glamorous, designed by Philip Starck. The real joy of this hotel is truly the staff, many who greet one year after year. They look after their guests with charm and enthusiasm, and always a sense of fun. The location is brilliant, a few steps from a vaporetto on the Grand Canal, but tucked away and private. It’s a special treat.

We had to book a hotel for a night at the last minute and were lucky enough to get the last room available in the Palazzina Grassi. What a gem! The hotel was an eclectic boutique hotel with comfortable rooms, attentive staff, and a great breakfast. Interesting art deco designs and everything was well thought out. Also, in a great, quiet area of Venice that was far enough away from all the tourists, close enough to everything. I would have stayed here the entire time if they had any rooms available.

We began our trip to Italy with a stop at the amazing Palazzina Grassi hotel in Venice. It's a small, elegant, boutique hotel on the Grand Canal with about 30 rooms. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning usually served by Marco. The food was great, and the cappuccino was outstanding! The service at the hotel was awesome. A special shout out to Eduarto who recommended a wonderful restaurant for dinner - Rosa Rossa and the fantastic staff - Rachelle, Max and Danilo. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our every request. I would highly recommend the Palazzina Grassi to anyone visiting Venice.
